Some of your questions were irrelevant to my situation.
I had a flat tyre so was pulled into a side road.
So patrol vehicle would not be able to pull in behind me.
Some of those questions are motorway breakdowns.

I left my car in no problem for mot.
They discovered that at the time said a bulb needed replace .
I then got a message from smart Care to ask if I wanted to accept this bern done I said yes they took the money from my account straight away.
Garage then contacted me and Smart Care that it was not the bulb but something else and they were unable to get the part so I collected my car.

I then expected to be recredited for work not carried out.
I had to telephone this morning to ask for my refund.
Quick enough to take money out but should have put in back straight away instead of me having to phone.

I chose this company which I had not heard of until I received a lovely bouquet .
Flowers lasted 3 weeks.
I was so pleaed I then sent some to my niece she sent me a photo they were also lovely.

Next week I will be using them again.

My only complaint would be postage nearly as much as item.
