World of Roses started growing roses in Bedfordshire in the 1960's. The family run business was started by Paul Chessum initially producing roses in his parents back garden. Over the years, the business has evolved and expanded to become one of the largest growers in the UK and Europe and is now in its third generation in the family. We are specialist suppliers and growers of premium quality British roses, supplying garden centres and our own online store. Order was quickly delivered but the package was damaged and one of the rose was laying on the ground on its side. We were not at home as we received an email less than an hour before the package was delivered

Order Processing and Quality of Plants
Order processing was efficient. Rose plants were smaller in size than I expected though they were in healthy condition. They started to bloom two weeks after I planted in large pots as I am still concerned that due to their sizes, they are not ready to be planted in ground. Hope they’ll continue to thrive for the rest of the season and many years to come

Lovely Roses
Ordering was easy and quick.The roses were in a lovely condition when the arrived. They look really healthy. From email stating they had been dispatched to them arriving was less than a day and a half.
The courier service was also great, handled the roses with care. No spillage fron the roses inside the box. Will definetly use again.

I found it annoying that the delivery company kept contacting me to ask whether I would be in when the parcel arrived, etc. The rose was ordered as a surprise gift for friends and sent to their address not mine and this should surely have been made known to them!

Ordered 2 roses, one with a personalised name as it was a first wedding anniversary gift. It was sent without the name, this was posted later but it was too late as it lost the surprise as an anniversary gift.

Lovely plant but with suckers
Great service lovely plant arrived with 2 suckers on it. Luckily the person who received it knows how to deal with them. They shouldn’t have been sent with them on.

Excellent service, beautiful product
Excellent service. I paid to have my rose gift wrapped and it was beautifully wrapped. It was a gift for my son and son-in-law for their second wedding anniversary and they were delighted with it. The rose looked really healthy and substantial although it didn't have any flowers on it but that will be down to the time of year. I paid extra to have a named delivery day and it arrived as promised on that day. Overall, very happy with the service and the beautiful rose and I would highly recommend this company.
