Just purchased a coverless duvet from this Company and am absolutely thrilled with the product. The colour & quality are amazing and I am already looking at purchasing more.

I purchased a pair of ladies leather fishermen sandals. On arrival, I noticed they looked nothing like the picture and description, they were plastic with white plastic soles. I contacted the company to advise of my dissatisfaction, I requested a refund. They offered me firstly 10% refund, followed by an improvement of 20% refund. If I wanted to return the sandals, it would be at my expense and they wanted it sent registered post.
Avoid this company Jones Boot and there shoddy goods, total rip off and disgusting plastic footwear! Please be aware this company is in China and is not associated with the UK company Jones Bootmaker.

When I first started with Dermatica treatments I was truly sceptical but I have been utterly delighted with the results. When I first started, I had sallow dull facial skin with brown age spots, I have been using the products for three months and wow, have I seen a difference, the age spots are all but a light blemish on my face and my skin actually glows and looks so healthy. I can honesty say these products are definitely a game changer for me.
Also, the quick and efficient timely delivery of the products are a great part of the service, together with the reasonably price, I one hundred per cent recommend Dermatica.

Great experience with Just Answer team who were able to assist with a refund from TFL. Due to my not reading the small print a further charge of £35 was pending on my bank account, however after I cancelled my subscription and contacted JA by email this was soon rectified and the charge withdrawn. Happy with using JA but have learnt a lesson about reading the small print!

Pleased with my new shoulder handbag, lovely soft leather with lots of compartments. My only disappointment is the shoulder strap is very thin in width.

Following my review a customer service person, Lindsey Dugdale responded. Due the long delay in receiving my item from Victoria Plumbing they have given me a 5% discount on my original price. Happy with this response and discount.

I ordered my new tap on 17/12 and it has finally been delivered today 11th January, it would appear the tap was out of stock when I ordered. Following several emails from various staff of Victoria plumbing I finally received confirmation and a phone call from, Imogen Nester to confirm the tap was on its way. One happy customer, despite the delays.

After contacting EMAC the member of staff, I believe was Jason, listened to my request and made the cancellation of my policy very easy, I explained this was because I had sold my car. He advised the amount of refund I will be receiving and confirmed the policy was cancelled. He was knowledgeable and polite at all times and I was extremely happy with his customer service.

Fantastic experience using this company, from online ordering to the fast delivery I cannot fault the customer service. My lights for my hallway are absolutely beautiful and give off an air of elegance. I am extremely happy with my purchase and price paid. I have no hesitation in recommending KES Lighting.

After receiving my renewal for my buildings & contents insurance from a different provider, which had increased by over £100.00, I sort quotes from Go-compare and found Policy Expert. After completing the easy online application and reading through the policy T&C’s I proceeded with the Policy Expert Gold policy, still saving myself over £100 to my initial renewal quote.

We have just had our staircase refurbished by Neville Johnson and we are thrilled with the result. We opted for glass spindles with dusted oak wood. The effect in our hallway has transformed the area to an elegant beautiful showcase.
From the first visit of Rob, the staircase designer to the final installation by the engineer Jason, we could not have wished for better customer service. The staircase has such a “Wow” factor and we are absolutely delighted.

We thoroughly enjoyed our transatlantic crossing, enjoying the experience, together with visiting the Caribbean islands for three weeks. The crew, staff & ship were wonderful, however the chaos at Antigua airport where we were delayed for over three hours did not make for a happy ending to our holiday.

After placing my order I was advised of the delivery by email. Parcel delivered by Yodel courier who was polite & friendly. Good service from start to finish.
