Excellent service from Colin Jones. Colin called the day before to give me the time of his arrival and he arrived on schedule.
He is such a pleasant gentleman who has given us excellent service in the past. He explained what he had checked and done, nothing was too much trouble, everywhere was left clean and tidy, he is a credit to the company. It left me reassured that the boiler had a thorough service no corners cut, definitely 5 star service.

Having booked a holiday for Lanzarote for May 24 over 12 months ago and paying extra for earlier flights we had an email last September to say the flight time had changed by over 6 hrs. Annoyed and disappointed we begrudgingly accepted not wanting any extra expense by changing holidays. Yesterday13th March we have received another email to inform us that the flight time has changed again , basically loosing a whole day at the resort. We accept that delays happen but this appears to be Jet2's way of delaying a flight by informing customers in advance without having to pay compensation to passengers.This is an all inclusive holiday and everything paid for upfront. It is extremely annoying and totally unacceptable Jet2 holidays. We have another 4 holidays already booked with Jet2 , two this year and two next but if this is starting to echo the performance of another rival holiday company we may reconsider our options.

Stock is so inconsistent , quite often you go there and shelves are empty of basics, huge boxes and pallets in the way of shoppers on a daily basis
Some staff are also so ignorant, went there recently , four people in the queue guy on till decides to serve a colleague first who had queue jumped, had to wait for her to finish her phone call and then wait for her to pay for items she then just walked off no apology or thank you, unbelievable , you don't get such poor service in other major supermarkets.

Had an Intergas boiler installed 2 years ago and decided to stay with Intergas for servicing. They are a little more expensive than a local gas safe engineer but they know the product better than anyone . Mark the engineer contacted me the day before to tell me what time he was going to arrive and was prompt courteous and did a thorough job, he also checked the gas meter to insure everything was safe. This has been a very reliable boiler to date and the standard of service from Intergas is superb. Highly recommended boiler and company.

Good quality radiator fast 24 hour delivery

We have used Hoppa a few times, generally no problems they use taxis/ Airport transfer companies at your destination, for us it was Autos Casado, last time we used them it took over 20 minutes to find our driver as he was not in the normal greeting area of Malaga Airport, think he went off for a cigarette, also the car they sent was too small, there were 4 of us with 4 cases and we just about squeezed in. On our return journey our driver was late as he couldn't find the pickup point even though they had the address and they dropped us off there, slightly stressful situation, he ended up reversing up a one way street, not very good when they do this for a living. We have booked with Hoppa again let's hope it's more straight forward next time

I've used Insure and Go on and off for a few years now always competitive premiums and straight forward to use website, I've never made a claim so can't comment on on their performance as far as claims go

Ordered a new kitchen sink and mixer tap , on the day of delivery I had two notifications one from Evri
and one from Parcelforce with appropriate times of delivery, didn't think too much of it as there were two items. Parcelforce delivery a large box it turned out to be a hot water cylinder not a sink , correct name and address but somebody else's order.
Impossible to talk to someone in customer service even when you select a callback, no one calls you back. Very poor service.

Straight forward to use website and nice simple layout for quotes, it would be an advantage if you could edit your destination without having to cancel the booking and start over

We've had relatively few issues with TUI booking and the actually holidays over the years, but recent events for us with long delays on two holidays have left us concerned about three bookings we have in the future , they were very good sorting out a hotel and food for passengers affected so no complaints there, will there be there be more long delays, cancellations or lots of problems trying to get in touch with customer support in the future, only time will tell.
