This company targets people and sets up…

This company targets people and sets up subscriptions without them knowing. My child decided to buy a discounted card and then they are trying to take out £49 out of her Go Henry account every month - this should be taken further as there should be an age limit on the subscription

Disgusting Customer Service

Ordering was very easy. Delivery prompt and as promised however part of my order needed to be returned which again was fairly easy. Getting the refund however was more prolonged. I received an email saying they had received my return and my refund was “was in progress” that was 30th August, 10th September still waiting! Had an AI conversation with them still got me nowhere. Won’t be ordering again! Tried WhatsApp just got the generic reply twice and now trying the message service, once again generic reply 'Our Customer Services team are busier than usual, you will be transferred to an agent as soon as possible. Please expect a delayed response. If you haven't already, please provide your order number and the email address on the account used to place the order. Thank you for your patience.' I had this yesterday at 9.17am and I still haven't had any contact from them - no phone number to get in touch - Absolutely awful service!

We have up to 14 days to process your return once received and issue your refund back to your account. Depending on your payment method it can then take up to a further 5 days to show as an available balance again.

Fab customer service from Gary

Gary was so good as I had issues getting the broadband up and running (problems with the line etc) he kept me up to date and called me every day and tried lots of different things to try and get it working- can’t thank him enough

Lovely watch straps

I bought a silicone watch strap and a rose gold metal strap for my Apple Watch - both really good quality and the rose gold strap had the tool to remove the links, this was easy to do.
Definitely recommend this company x
