I have no idea what the DPD stands for,but my header sums it up perfectly.
My parcel was being delivered to my Son,i was more than happy for the parcel to be dropped over his garden fence,as no one was home,but no,the DPD driver used initiative,secured it in the porch,sent a couple of pictures to my mobile to confirm it was secure.
The tracking system you can use is great also,it enables you to see exactly how near or far the delivery is,giving you a near perfect time frame of events.
A brilliant service in my opinion,and i have 20 years Customer Service Experience,so i know the negatives & positives that a service can give your company's future,DPD are excellent.
