The Trainline app now much slower
The Trainline app seems to have become worse. It's clunky and counter intuitive. When I need to show a ticket, the app takes ages! Far longer than it used to take. Lots of waiting by the barriers while my ticket is " being prepared". Retrograde step!

Appalling - feels like a scam. Money taken, nothing received.
Appalling. Cannot contact ASDA Online Doctor Service, cannot contact DPD delivery. No deli very attempted, nothing received and no response to complaints. Very quick to take the money though!!

The item I bought looked used, no reply from customer services
The item I bought arrived with slight damage, signs of wear and no tags. I've contacted the customer services department by email but have not received any reply so far. Can't get through by phone either.

Awful - two months and still no refund

Fantastically quick.
I posted my mobile at 1800 using these print it your self labels. I had an email at 1400 the next day to say it had been received, and I had the money by 1600.Posted, received, processed and paid within 22 hours. If only everything was as quick or easy.
