Great quality. Definitely could do with more colours, (e.g. their joggers colours are too dark,) but they do have some great colours and patterns, I love their Royal Purple, and their Bottled green... See more

As an Australian Merino wool farmer, I’m incredibly fussy about both wool quality and style. Sheep inc ticks every box! The quality, the style and service! 5 stars ✨
Very disappointing customer service experience.
My order was delivered, but the parcel contained someone else’s order — clearly the shipping labels had been mixed up. Mistakes can happen, so I contacted Sheep Inc expecting that the issue would be resolved fairly easily.
I provided photos, the garment tag/barcode and all the information requested. I also managed to make contact with the customer who actually received my order. She was completely willing to return it to Sheep Inc, which should have made resolving the situation relatively straightforward.
Unfortunately, the customer service process has been far more complicated than it needed to be. I told SheepInc who had the product. I asked them to share a DHL label with me so I can give it to that lady so that no privacy is breached. I have even worked to return the products I incorrectly received. No one from SheepInc is responding.
I appreciate that mistakes happen, but when an error occurs, the responsibility should be on the company to resolve it efficiently rather than leaving customers to sort it out themselves.
I’m still waiting for my actual order to be resolved, and I hope Sheep Inc ultimately takes ownership of the problem and makes this right.
I would not order from this company. I received a jumper which was a different size from the one I ordered. They said they would dispatch the correct size over three weeks ago and nothing has happened, with no communication explaining why. Slick marketing is not matched by quality customer service.
I love the items and have ordered several sweaters over the last few years both for myself and as gifts. Never would I have guessed that bad customer service can actually outweigh product quality, but given my recent experience, I am sorry to say I won't be ordering again. Here is a little time line of my last order:
July 20th: placed an order for 2 items
July 25th: the order arrives
July 27th: I log an exchange of one of the items, because it is too large. It is one of the new collection items, which I pay €356 Euros (incl. a 20% discount) for.
July 30th: I send the item back
July 31st: The item arrives at the company's warehouse.
August 11th: I hear nothing, the status of the order is "unfulfilled" online, so I send a first email about the status of the exchange. I get a bot response telling me my enquiry has been "escalated" to a human.....seriously, I have no words for this. I don't want to talk to bots telling me that they have passed my email on to people. I want people to answer my emails. The items are certainly expensive enough to justify human workforce.
August 12th: I get an email telling me the exchange has been processed and my exchange will "ship shortly". Supposedly from a human, Ilhan, but who knows? If Ilhan is human then they are not doing their job very well, because 5 days later...
August 17th: Still nothing. No email, order still on status "unfulfilled". I decide to cancel my order because seriously - enough is enough. I request a confirmation of the cancellation and a refund.
August 19th: I get a generic email saying "return received". No idea what this means. The item arrived in the warehouse on July 31st. Is this a cancellation of the order ("return" rather than "exchange")? Will I get a refund? This might be clear to the company, but it is not clear to me as a customer.
August 24th: Nothing. No refund in my account, no email from customer service to perhaps at least apologize?
So disappointed and sad. No amount of product quality can outweigh poor customer service. Why should I spend my money on a brand where chaos is the name of the game in the ordering system and customers are not valued. To you, it is "just" one order of many. To normal people, ordering a sweater for several hundred Euros is a big deal, something we think about, make a conscious decision for and look forward to receiving. The way you run your business does not show appreciation for this process at all.
Ordered a pair of the swimming shorts, which weren’t the right fit for me.
Messaged customer service to ask about the sizing because the website sizing wasn’t working for the shorts. No response. Messaged Instagram, no response. Sent multiple emails over the course of a week with zero acknowledgment apart from an automated response.
Ended up going into the store totally eat different sizes on and decided on a refund.
The store processed the refund, or so I thought. They actually registered a return and didn’t complete the refund, so again I’m back to emulating a customer service team who won’t reply to anything and shock, no reply.
I will have to go back into the central London store to request a refund in person.
Honestly awful service.
In July, I ordered a Chunky Knit Hoodie that was too small for me. Luckily, my wife loved it so much that we decided to keep it, and I went ahead and ordered another in XL for myself. Unfortunately, I accidentally chose the wrong color during checkout, and as soon as I noticed on the same day, I reached out to customer service to see if I could change the order.
They let me know that it wasn’t possible to modify the order, and advised me to return the hoodie to the UK once it arrived in New Zealand. I did so, and Sheep Inc. confirmed they received it on August 4th.
I contacted them a few times via email to check on the new order, but the responses were a bit vague and took quite long. I truly appreciate the quality of their products, and while I was disappointed with the wait and the response, their honest explanation made it all understandable. In the end, I’m happy with how things turned out. We’re all just humans, after all. I received my refund and wish Sheep Inc. continued success in the future.

Great jumpers, and they really do stand by them. They reimbursed us for local darning repairs (as a once-off kindness) even though the damage to our jumpers was moth-related. So comfy, so warm and they really do want their knitwear to last a lifetime.
