It’s a scam. Totally unresponsive to returning items. The sizing of a shirt was off. It was huge and I ordered a small.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
I am beyond furious with this shambles of a company!!!
It is the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had and I have had a few terrible ones!
I only placed an order with this online store as my son asked for a ring he wanted for his 17th birthday.
If I had known about this company and checked the reviews left by others, I would have shown my son and asked if we could find something the same or similar from a more reputable company.
I placed my order and I PAID for premium shipping to make sure it was DEFINITELY delivered on time. “PREMIUM SHIPPING” states 6-10 business days in their shipping, tracking and delivery information on their website which is very deceitful in my honest opinion!
For a start, it was dispatched 4 days after I paid the premium shipping charge.
I was sent tracking information in an email. The tracking information was erratic and inaccurate.
I have emailed this company on 4 occasions as I still haven't received the ring which was ordered 3 weeks ago. The email replies are completely fabricated and I haven't had a straight answer, not ONCE!! 😡
When I checked the tracking information again yesterday, my parcel is now showing as “Ready for pick up” at a parcel locker 14 miles away from my home address!!! There is no way I can or will go and collect my parcel because
* I paid for premium shipping to my home address!
* I do not and cannot drive and it would take me 2 hours 20 minutes on public transport!
They state on their website, in their words “IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CUSTOMERS TO ENTER THEIR SHIPPING ADDRESS CORRECTLY. WE ARE UNABLE TO REDIRECT TO ANOTHER SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER WE HAVE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED THE PARCEL” So I'd love to know how my parcel ended up 14 miles away from my home address!!

I have now unfortunately had to take steps to initiate a formal chargeback dispute from my bank for goods not received.
I am highly advising anyone thinking of purchasing from this company to completely avoid them because I will be highly surprised if you have a good experience.

I have purchased trousers from this company. These trousers are fantastic. I love them. I have them in several colours.
The customer service has been terrific. They responded to my queries quickly and they bent over backwards in sorting my mistake with an order. I am eternally grateful.

I love the quality and functionality of the cotton/linen blend fabric. I live in South Texas and the fabric is cooler than either cotton or linen alone. It does not wrinkle excessively and an air dry tumble then hang is perfect.

The sizing is small for compared to American sizing, but that is common to overseas businesses - especially Asian.

The descriptions are extra clear about this sizing condition.

Regarding returns - this is common with an overseas vendor. It is reasonable to expect the overseas charges for a return to go to the customer.

I found Buddhastones to be fair, reasonable and willing to help

The pants I ordered are very comfortable and good looking, good material too. Head turner. Excellent service for when I had a sizing issue.

Should have read reviews first, these are a Low quality product. Items received are different than photos. No returns, despite return policy saying they can. Customer service is not helpful. Do not purchase.

A la demande du service client de Buddhastoneshop, je modifie mon avis écrit en Juillet, puisque le problème de livraison que j'avais évoqué à été résolu Depuis. Donc, malgré une livraison laborieuse, la commande a fini par être réceptionnée.
Je vais donc pouvoir à présent émettre un avis concernant plus directement la qualité des produits: J'avoue que j'ai été assez déçue par l'écart entre l'image que le site présente et la qualité réelle des vêtements. Les prix annoncés m'ont fait croire- et je ne m'en prends qu'à moi, j'ai été un peu naïve et je me suis laissée séduire par l'image, c'est pour cela qu'il me parait important d'écrire un commentaire qui pourra j'espère être utile- que les vêtements auraient une certaine qualité. Je ne dirais pas qu'ils sont de très mauvaise qualité, (ça ne ressemble pas à de la fast fashion quand même), mais les images sont trompeuses, ainsi que leur description, qui pourraient laisser croire à de beaux matériaux naturels. Ces derniers ne sont pas de qualité. Donc globalement, je dirais, un mauvais rapport qualité-prix. C'est une très bonne leçon pour moi. Je regarderai à l'avenir de bien plus près les commentaires avant de commander sur internet. Bien-sûr les retours sont possibles mais sont payant et chers vu que ça vient de Chine, c'est normal! Pour l'artisanat, je pense qu'il vaut mieux privilégier les associations qui font un vrai travail, ou alors directement les artisans

I bought 5 items which arrived in 2 packages that took weeks to arrive, I assume because they are from China and not via the same kind of shipping service used by companies like Shein or AliExpress.

3 dresses, 2 pairs of shorts and a blouse. All were made from non cotton, despite being advertised as such. I don't mind the dresses and the blouse, though. The shorts were tiny, despite ordering large.

I have been trying for a refund since the beginning of July. They have been obtuse and keep offering partial refunds and trying to get me to not return the items when what I wanted was a full refund. Why would I want to keep things that I can t get on! It took several emails before they would explain what I need to do. Well, sending back to mainland China has incurred me a huge fee and no tracking number so of course they are quibbling about my refund again.

This whole experience has been awful and if I'm honest, none of the clothes were worth this hassle. I assume from the website that you are in fact dealing with an admin office in Hong Kong when the factory (and returns) go to mainland China.

After receiving a resolve email regarding unwanted yoga pants, I am happy to say that buddahstones care about there customers and reputation and are quick with responses.

I ordered garments for US sizing. It turned out to be a size small and was informed by customer service their sizing chart is generally smaller than what's expected in US and Europe. Customer service is responsive and offered to resend out my preferred sizing with additional shipping and custom fees while there's no need to return the smaller sizes overseas. This is fair but so far, the instructions to complete the additional transaction have not been very straight forward - requiring a customer feedback processs, presumably to fill out this review then to get back to them to complete the transaction with payment of add'l shipping/custom fees for them to resend the orders. This seems very confusing and could be a lot more straight forward. Also, the sizing difference for Asian markets versus US/Euro markets should be made a little more clear in the ordering process to prevent this situation.

- Rücksendung der Ware nur nach China möglich auf eigene Kosten
- Man soll Ware unter 10 USD deklarieren um Zollgebühren zu vermeiden

Mithin ist die Qualität, Verarbeitung und Farbabweichung im Vergleich zu den Produktbildern auf der Homepage sehr stark.

Ich kann leider nur davon abraten.

I bought three dresses from Buddhastones. The photographs show good quality fabric (linen) and styling, but the dresses that arrived were all made of cheap synthetic material, extremely badly sewn and finished. The fit was also poor. In each case there was no accompanying paperwork
The returns process was very complicated and the total costs unknown so I opted for the 10% discount refund, but it was still an expensive mistake. Be warned!

I’ve made a few purchases from Buddha Stone. I enjoy the quality of the clothes but sizing is a little tricky, as noted by others. Customer service is quick to respond and eager to offer options to make you happy. Once I figure out my sizing I’ll be able to confidently order regularly.

I ordered a red sandalwood necklace and received a brown one. All the photos of the necklace on the website featured a bright red. Company said I could return it but only if I paid the return postage (China). Unacceptable. False advertising.

I've been searching for These type of clothes for several weeks and wasn't able to find something in any Store online or a Shopping Mall.
I've ordered the wrong size but the Support helped me quick and friendly

They have nice bracelets but all the ones i have bought have not been made sturdy and the knots all come un done and have to be modified to not come apart.

Also very misleading as it states UK but it is shipped from China hence the long delivery wait.

Bought Buddha Stones 108 Mala Beads Cinnabar Om Mani Padme Hum Pattern Engraved Blessing Bracelet - £57.99 so I expected quality! I received cheap plastic beads on string!
I gave grace after a previous bad experience with them which they did rectify (eventually).
Absolutely scam and rip off! Never again will I buy from this company (which although says UK - It is based in China!)
Avoid like the plague!
