Bought Buddha Stones 108 Mala Beads Cinnabar Om Mani Padme Hum Pattern Engraved Blessing Bracelet - £57.99 so I expected quality! I received cheap plastic beads on string!
I gave grace after a previous bad experience with them which they did rectify (eventually).
Absolutely scam and rip off! Never again will I buy from this company (which although says UK - It is based in China!)
Avoid like the plague!

Bought magnetic building blocks in the half price sale for £23 - I wouldn't have even picked them up in a bargain store for £5. They arrived in a plastic packet covered in Chinese writing, meant for an 18 month old but the worst quality and health and safety hazard - Im going to try and return but cant get in touch with anyone. Absolute rubbish, if I could give 0 stars I would.

Although the first carpet cleaner was faulty it was quickly replaced and an extra week was given so I could sort my carpets. The employees were very helpful and friendly.

Knowing the quality of their products and services then when I suddenly decided to give up smoking and start vaping again the obvious place to go was Totally Wicked - I ordered my e-cig online on the Thursday and it was with me by Saturday. However I had a few questions that I wanted answering so I popped into the Lancaster branch and they bent over backwards being helpful.

I thoroughly recommend these products (the liquids are great and I’m still working my way through them to find my favourites!) and there service is speedy, friendly and honest - thank you!!
