BIG Problems with delivering
I really like vicinity’s clothes, but the last 3 Orders I had were really delayed, and on my last purchase that came 2 days ago, two things were just straight up missing from my order, one shirt and a Keychain. Thats really messed up. I already wrote a Support Mail for that, but havent recived an Answer. Thats the reason for only 2 stars. Would give 5 if there were no mistakes when my clothes get delivered.

i ordered on the 7th of August and haven't recieved any shipping information yet and it's the 2nd of September today.....I understand that during sale, there could be a longer shipping time, but a whole month is totally absurd.

It took 1 week to send the order and 1 more week to receive the order but its ok.
The shipping company has problems with the adresses but its not something u can fix
However I received a jort (the black one) with a small hole in the left pocket but I will sew it myself. I just think its worth mentioning for other orders.

Okay, so my shoes were a size to small.
But because i bought it on sale the money i could get back on the shoes wouldnt be enough to buy/get the shoes in the right size.
After a fast response and a really nice customer service experience they agreed to swap the shoes for the right size.
I want to say, dont trust the 3.1/5 it gets here, it was a really great and fast service!
