Easy to order. Came in good time and was what we expected.
As it was sometime ago, my daughter seemed pleased with the purchase and I haven't heard anything adverse to the purchase, so all good.
I placed an order on the 10th of August. I received the item on the 20th. I wanted to return the item as it was too short but the shipping price and policy was way to expensive to even do so.
Since then I have been trying to get an exchange item. It has been over 2 weeks now and the issue is still not resolved. I have sent 3 emails in the last 2 days reaching out to get the issue resolved and I have had no communication back.
Any communication I have had back has been confusing and difficult back and forth emails.
So dissatisfied with the way this has been handled. The whole process has nearly been a month now and I’m still out the money for the item and stuck with the unwanted item.
Very disappointing and unprofessional. Has put me off ordering from scuffers again.
Quite possibly the worst company I have ever had to deal with.
The sizing is ridiculous and the customer service is even worse.
I bought a t-shirt back in mid June, it arrived and looked more like a crop top. I complained and I am still nearly three months later waiting for a resolution on my complaint. I simply want to return the item and having paid an extortionate amount of delivery fees when ordering I am disappointed to pay the delivery charge to return.
AVOID SCUFFERS AT ALL COSTS - PARCEL WAS NOT RECEIVED AND CONFIRMED LOST BY FED EX.
JORGE REFUSES TO CHECK INFORMATION WITH FED EX AND CONSTANTLY IGNORES CUSTOMERS.
THERE ARE MANY REVIEWS SAYING THE SAME THING. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Absolutely shocking customer service. The courier (FedEx - also dog shit company) lost the €95 hoodie I bought. 2 weeks have now passed since the delivery date and scuffers haven’t help at all. No contact number no email address, just a chat-bot that tells you it’s the couriers fault even though it’s the senders legal obligation until the package is received. I will NEVER be being off this company again
Soho shop in London - tried to charge a price in excess of what showed on the label. I pointed out that it was illegal and the female customer assistant said ‘well I have ripped the label off’ . Very sharp practice - would avoid.
I ordered a hoodie for my daughter as a gift. I used the online measurements to pick a size (I even measured two of her current hoodies and compared with the scuffers size chart) as such I ordered a XS. When it arrived it was tiny and measured 6 inches smaller than Scuffers online size chart said it would. I had to pay £10 for an exchange. I ended up buying a medium which is ACTUALLY the size they have down as XS on their chart. If you are going to offer online shopping at least get your sizing chart correct. Disappointing.
bought a shirt that was almost €70, washed it once on 30°C and didn’t even put it in the dryer and it still shrunk 2 whole sizes, it’s now too small and can’t wear the shirt anymore. embarrassing for that price range to be honest. please take a class on how to choose fabrics that will stay pretty and the same size lmfaooooo
They send me the wrong size. They don’t reply through email or contact form as all you get back is an AI-bot saying he will contact the team, but you’ll never actually receive any word back. The quality is also horrendous. Very cheap material and uncomfortable to wear. I ended up having to dispute with Klarna to get my money back.
Bought a hoodie from the Valencia store as a gift. After a few months the brown fabric developed uneven colour loss, not a stain, doesn't wash out. What's been most frustrating isn't the defect itself but how unresponsive customer service has been: mostly automated, generic replies or no response at all, across email, live chat, and even in-store. One reply did confirm the defect and mention a refund, but it read like a bot too and led nowhere. Three months in, order #1157337, still completely unresolved.
Bought a shirt costing $65 and got a email confirmation saying it went through but had 0 shipping update and when I asked they said my email doesn’t match order number but my name matches so they can’t give me a shipping update it’s not passed shipping window and still no human response on where my order is
Our Daugther loves Scuffers!
For people who like to be a little different than the rest. Always on time.
Quality is impeccable, garments have no washout or staining - runny colours and keep their shape.
Gladly bought again for her Birthday
Don’t buy it’s a scam. You gonna pay and receive your parcel
