Im a first time user of Uppbeat, and I’m so grateful that I was able to find a music library that prioritizes human made music to incorporate into my projects. It’s so hard to avoid generative AI these days that it’s refreshing to know that there’s still companies out there making the effort.

I think this human aspect is also reflected in Uppbeat’s customer service as I felt like someone was actually there to help and troubleshoot.

I like the variety of music and sound effects they have available on their website. It will definitely take a while to find the correct one for your project, but the quality is definitely worth it.

It's very early and thus there is no point in rushing to judgement, but . . . so far it has been quite nice.

Uppbeat is an awesome platform and has great music. I use the music for social media and it has such a large library, I don't want to use anywhere else. I was using it for work purposes and when my position was eliminated and the Uppbeat transaction went through to the work credit card, Rachel from Uppbeat helped me through the refund process. I use it personally for social media also and will sign up with my personal account.

I don't review companies here much, ironic as I have 34,000,000 views as a Google local guide. But today is an exception. This is a review of a company and service that I subscribed to as a corporation, loved the product and felt'safe in knowing that the artists would be compensated for their work. Up until I ran into a roadblock where YouTube studio wouldn't allow me to add the tracks to their online editor ( you need to add them in pre production before you upload the video to studio) Now this is where the customer service and Rachel went above and beyond. That this service unfortunately didn't work for us and I figured we'd be out our subscription dollars. I submitted the issue and immediately got a reply. Rachel explained everything and instead of a high intensity pitch, arranged refund. This was friendly, professional and true customer service. A company that stands by their satisfaction promise with real people backing the customer service. Well that's 5 stars from me. Well done and thanks.

I had a sudden Content ID claim on my YouTube video despite being a paid user. Rachel from the support team handled it so quickly and professionally! She located my historical license code and communicated with the copyright agency directly to release the claim. My video went viral with 80k views, and thanks to her, my revenue was completely saved. Excellent and reliable customer service!
