Very fast, and good service. I am a label owner and they do very good business
Glitchy dashboard. Couldn’t even onboard correctly due to a bug. terrible customer support, unanswered tickets for days. Slow moderation too. Also I cant even remove the track from moderation. AVOID at all costs.
Rachael has been a great point of contact for me as an artist navigating this new platform. I love all of the features, and the service feels super personalized and tailored to my needs which I love!

Not only is the interface organized and modern, it looks professional and makes me feel good knowing I can navigate everything. The constant updates and the amount of ways to credit people on any project is beyond what I’ve ever seen! Absolutely love being an Artist that uses TooLost

Too Lost is great! I'd love to recommend them to anyone for label management. I currently have my entire roster on the platform. Maverick has been super helpful with everything throughout my time here with questions I have.

I personally am very impressed with Too Lost as a Distributor because of how fast and easy it is to use their platform. I found them by accident online, and would recommend them to anyone serious about independent music!

Releasing my song was as easy as 1,2,3. Their interface guided me through step by step. I received notification that my song was accepted for release the next day. Everything went smoothly.

Really incredible platform with an amazing team behind it! One of the things I appreciate most about Too Lost is how much care and quality assurance goes into the upload and delivery process. As an artist, protecting my music and knowing my catalog is being handled properly is incredibly important to me.
With other distributors, I’ve dealt with people uploading uncleared samples of my music, which was always frustrating and difficult to stay on top of. Too Lost’s review process feels much more thorough, and I feel confident knowing there are safeguards in place to help prevent fraudulent or unauthorized uploads.
Beyond the platform itself, the people at Too Lost genuinely care about artists and their music. The team is knowledgeable, responsive, and actually feels accessible when you need support. It’s refreshing to work with a distributor where I feel like my music is in good hands rather than just being another upload in the system. Highly recommend!

I joined TooLost about two years ago as an artist using their distribution features. Connecting with the team has been super easy, I have an A&R that brought me on and she answers often day-of if not by the next day if I have any inquiry. They also offer a multitude of services, leading in progressive technology in an all-in-one type platform for music creators and artists. I truly enjoy working with TooLost and have introduced fellow artists to the platform as well.

Clean platform but , so far customer service is really bad. Not to different than distrokid. I hope something changes in the next few months.

Good Platform, But Customer Support Needs Improvement
Too Lost is a very good platform overall, and I’m satisfied with the website and the services it provides. However, the customer support experience could be significantly improved.
I believe there should be a real human support team available to properly review customers’ issues and respond to their tickets. In particular, tickets should not be closed before receiving a response or a clear resolution to the issue.
Having a dedicated human support team that follows up on each case and keeps tickets open until the customer’s issue is addressed would make a big difference.
The platform itself is good, but improving customer service and ticket management would make the overall experience much better.

I have a question for too lost team when you email for them to investigate any age checks from any specific issues within 2 weeks passing by I get stuck where I tried to get my new account to passing these ages checks but I still having issues with it not allowing me to provide with any updates or solutions on why my IDs doesn't allow previous IDs for age checks their needs to be transparency over verify third party I don't understand on why they don't respond back to you or anyone when they receive backlash over this occurrence over miscommunication or why I couldn't get a replied back from too lost via my personal email account not like to it permanently ban too lost users account through it's fraud team department network should have the ability or rights to restore your account once it's permanently suspended as I find it extremely difficult to resolve my ongoing silence issues I would like someone from the team to help me one way or another for me to regain access to my previous too lost account which got permanently suspended for not having anyone sample music which I had any copyright infringement that's was my own origin music and my own original works if only too lost can speak to us on their table and discussed better Ways to restore each and other accounts from these permanent suspension also when I appealed from this permanent banned too lost account I didn't hear back from too lost over not knowing on what I did wrong or advice any help from their rejection process to fully restore your account over age preventing from allowing previous IDs documents which should be allowed to do if their no other methods to restore permanent banned accounts via the fraud department team

I like Too Lost because when your filling out the release they tell you when your missing something so the process is easier. It saves time! I like that the songs are distributed to 490 different places in different parts of the world! It’s great! They seem like they have good business minds!

★☆☆☆☆ Absolute garbage fire of a distributor, stay far away.
"Be heard. Everywhere." More like be silenced instantly. There is nothing global about their reach except the massive digital black hole where your streams, your catalog, and your hard-earned royalties go to die.
Working with Too Lost is the single worst career decision an independent artist can possibly make. They are running a predatory, amateur-hour scam operation masked as a legitimate distribution service. They lure you in with shiny website aesthetics only to trap your art, freeze your funds, and treat your livelihood like a joke.
And let us talk about their favorite corporate buzzword bingo slogan: "Grow, manage and monetize your music catalog with software-enabled solutions." What an absolute, sickening joke. You cannot grow a catalog that these cowards randomly delete without a single word of warning. You cannot manage an account that they arbitrarily restrict and ban overnight. And you certainly cannot monetize a damn thing when your support tickets are permanently ghosted and buried in a void of total silence.
Their entire support infrastructure is a complete ghost town. You can open ticket after ticket begging for a shred of human accountability only to be met with dead air. They do not help you. They ignore you. They do not warn you. They just pull your releases, lock down your profile, and pretend you do not exist while they pocket whatever fees or earnings you had coming. No notice, no explanation, no human decency, just sudden and cowardly silence from an incompetent team hiding behind automated scripts.
Their software-enabled solution is nothing more than a digital meat grinder designed to prey on independent musicians who just want to share their work. They take your money, hold your music hostage, and refuse to answer emails when their broken system inevitably glitches and destroys months of your hard work.
Do yourself an enormous favor. Save your sanity, keep your art safe, and take your catalog to literally anyone else. Let these incompetent fraudsters go out of business. Zero stars if the system allowed it.

Delayed processing times for uploading songs to Spotify etc, zero customer support, confusing user experience
reply to reply: I get that, but I have two support tickets that have been up for 2 weeks with no response, and my latest upload had been processing for over a week until I had it taken down because I needed to adjust my whole schedule based on the delay. This was with a 4 week lead time.

The payment take too long to be processed Evan when I withdraw the 20 it take two weeks to Evan go in my bank but apart from that is not too bad

Do not trust TooLost if you value your sanity. Their customer service is an invisible black hole. I’m stuck in a nightmare loop: I re-uploaded an album to fix a missing UPC code, and they deleted the entire project. Now, I have uploaded it a third time, but I cannot publish it because of the UPC conflict caused by their own system wipe. I am completely locked out of launching my music, and it's been almost 3 weeks with no response. They are completely ghosting me while holding my release hostage. I'll likely have to take the album back to Distrokid and wipe it from TooLost. DistroKid might have extra fees, but their support is actually fantastic. TooLost is "too lost" in their own amateur hour of customer service.

Happy to have an honest distributor to work with. They are prompt with customer service and very professional across the board. This is my new musical home
