I love amuse

I love amuse. Quick, easy, simple. I actually have another account with you guys that I can’t log into anymore because my email is different from my old one and can’t get emails to the old one. Making a new account and sending out my material was easy.

I tried soundclouds method and it’s just too much for me personally. Amuse really simplifies everything for me.

Paid For Service That Is So Far Useless

I signed up for this service and haven't really been able to use it like I am supposed to. I haven't been able to change the profile photo that is being used on spotify of me, even though I've done what it said I'm supposed to do...and now I can't even release my next releases because they don't have a genre for it even though its a very common traditional form of music...and looking through their genre's I can see that this is going to be a serious problem for me and that I have probably signed up for the wrong service....but I haven't been able to get ahold of a human being to talk to about this so as of right now I've paid for a service I can't even use and is putting my career on hold.

Account deactivated right after I paid for Professional

I joined Amuse on September 1 and purchased Artist Plus, then upgraded to Professional the next day for priority support.

I am an established artist with an existing Spotify and Apple Music presence. Amuse support manually linked my official Spotify artist profile to my account, and their review team accepted the ownership evidence I provided for my artist name and said they would continue reviewing my releases.

A few hours later, my entire account was suddenly deactivated for alleged copyright infringement. They did not identify the copyrighted work, claimant, or specific infringement before terminating access. None of my releases had even gone live through Amuse.

I have appealed and requested a refund for both subscription payments.

Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about trusting Amuse with an established catalog or significant royalties. Their support and review teams appeared completely disconnected from the automated account enforcement system.

It will be perfect if we could have our informations saved when we stop to do the pre-release typing(the songs and the cover). But I love Amuse thank you for your services.
