Did not work for me

I spent hours trying to make it work. Tried everything. A waste of money.
Had to purchase a sim while in KL, then another in Indo.
Will not purchase again.
Travelcon, I felt it was a con.

Unfortunately my esim expired before my…

Unfortunately my esim expired before my travel date. I contacted the team through whatsapp whilst overseas and the offered a quick response and solution to assist whilst stuck which was greatly appreciated.

I value customer service very highly and they were wonderful in what could have been a very stressful situation.

Great customer service

Great customer service. I contacted TravelKon with a question about an upcoming trip and received helpful and friendly assistance. The support team responded quickly and clearly explained the available options. Very happy with the customer service experience so far.

great service and reliable sim card

Bought sims from them for the last couple of years (ASIA + europe sims), the sims were reliable and worked well especially when changing countries, i dont have to worry about changing to another sim card for a different country. also accidentally bought the wrong esim service , found out and contacted customer service. they were really quick in their response esp late at night! thank you to the team to help me rectify the issue, highly recommend Travelkon for their excellent and reliable service
