Absolutely appalling service and even worse customer service.

I’m away from home for 6 months and bought this eSIM specifically so I could stay connected and keep in touch with my family. The service has constantly let me down, leaving me repeatedly struggling with the connection and unable to properly contact my family when I needed to.

When I raised the issue and requested a refund, I was simply told that because their records showed data usage, I was not entitled to any refund. Their response was essentially that the plan “worked correctly” because data had been used.

Using data does not mean the service was reliable or that I received the service I paid for. I had no choice but to keep trying to use it because I was away from home and needed a way to stay in contact with my family.

Being away for 6 months is difficult enough without paying for a service that constantly lets you down, then being told you cannot receive a penny back because you managed to use some data despite the ongoing issues.

Completely unacceptable. I feel completely let down and will not be using this company again.

In many area the signal was present but the speed of connection was very low .

Ive tried a number of travel eSim providers over recent years and Maya mobile are by far the best.
It’s simple to choose the right esim, simple to install and activate it, and should you have any issues their support is very responsive and first class.

I had brilliant experience with Maya service . I bough 14 days global SIM card and unfortunately was terminated without any reason. I have contacted the customer service via email and spoke with Andres Giovanni Pena Ramirez who offered me refund or coupon code. I have chosen coupon code and I bought new 14 day global plan. I am so happy!!! Thank you ever soo much.

I got wrong instructions about the eSIM somehow and activated it earlier than I needed but Maya gave be a coupon code for an additional 3 days so I could truly use the sim when I needed. Very good customer service

Had problems with eSIMs purchased and not activated within the 30 day window, and without hesitation they issued a full refund.

Customer service is top notch. The support was fast and easy, even via WhatsApp. The only reason for 4 stars is the flaw during installation that automatically activates the sim. Before I can install the esim that also automatically enables but doesn’t activate. Since it has become a global type eSIM, it automatically activates on its own before I need to use it. So now I can’t install a week prior to my trip as I’m afraid it will activate too early. However, the help from customer service being amazing is why I still can give it 4 stars.

Easy to set up, data speeds good. It is my new sim card when away from home.

This was the 5th or 6th time in get esim, and in double, for my wife and myself, this last one was poor, the connection was very poor, I get esim to avoid looking for WiFi everywhere, exactly what happened to us, even when driving, waze was very slow to react, we had to make several turns to find our way

I went abroad for a week and chose the best value data SIM card I could find. I wanted easy setup and use but with so many companies providing sub standard service these days I was not expecting much.
I was very wrong!
The data service was fantastic and when there was a billing issue the team responded quickly and provided my preferred resolution.
Overall a super experience. I will use them again!

Road trip to Scandanavia, eSim transferred networks from UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and Denmark with no problems at all. Great coverage and connectivity. Good price too.

Needed a refund because I accidentally bought 2 plans for 1 phone. Was quickly helped through WhatsApp by Diana. All went well and my questions were quickly answered. The internet works well in Canada!
