I had some trouble getting the ESIM to work I. Japan and was trying to figure it out myself but couldn't. I reached out to their WhatsApp provided in the JetPac app and they responded and got the issue fixed within 5 minutes. Great customer service.

eSIM installation…
Had an issue with the eSIM installation - connected with the via WhatsApp’s and in less than 1 min they gave me instructions to redo the activation. All worked fine. Been using them for all my travels for the past 4 years.

5star customer service using the Whatsapp chat via the app. Solved all issues I had very quickly and effectively. After looking around jetpack has given competitive data packs for in Europe. I have zero issues connecting various rural areas all over France and Italy over a period of 3 months. Definitely will use jetpac for future travel again.
