Going in the door, everything’s looked real together good vibe from the sales people and everyone that worked there. Price of the car I don’t have an issue with it.
But they will get you on the backside if you’re not careful. They’ll hit you at a high Finance amount and they’ll stick you with extras. You don’t need like 700+ dollars for key Warranty.. and $4500 for a Warranty you can buy for $2500 with less deductible

Do your research and don’t make any decisions you’ll regret because once you sign that dotted line getting things back in line is not that easy
I’m refinancing now with my Credit Union for half the interest amount saving myself hundreds of dollars

Although my final offer my 2014 Honda Accord was less than the online offer, I had a pleasant customer experience. I walked in and was greeted with a smile and the staff was awesome! I did not like the rushed service we received and I know the prices offered were bogus for the quality of car we brought in per the man who made the offer. It was my daughter’s car so she made the decision to sell. My uncle trades cars and buys them same as your company and I know he will make way more on the car then he offered.. your company is nothing but a pawn shop for cars but acts on the pretense that you offer realistic prices for cars.

They were honest about what they were doing up front. Transparency is important I had a very bad experience prior to coming to them. The staff was respectful and made the process quick and processed the transaction professionally. Better than going than dealing with a dealership.
