Complete scam. Never shipped. Never responded to refund. Refund policy is stupid too, only items with defects can be refunded. Expose this company and shut them down. Every person should get their money back.

I ordered a camera on August 13th. It showed as “in stock”. They withdrew the money from my account and it says processing takes 1-2 days followed by shipping of 3-7 day. 6 days later, my order is still processing. I reached out and asked for a refund. I have not heard back. There is no other way to cancel the order except through the customer service email. I now see that other people are having similar issues where they won’t say the item is out of stock but it is. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the payment. Total scam.

Definitely not worth it for the price. It doesn’t look like a film camera. The pictures are just low quality

Very disappointing experience. When I placed my order, the items were shown as in stock, and they accepted my payment. Only afterwards was I told that the items were actually out of stock.

I have contacted That One Street several times by email asking for a full refund, but they have not replied and have still not returned my money. If the items were unavailable, the payment should never have been taken in the first place, or the refund should have been processed immediately.

Really poor communication and customer service. I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.

My friend has this camera and I won’t even lie the quality of photos are shocking.

Just buy a normal digital point and shoot camera from Sony, Canon or Fuji etc

Ordered the product, here is what went wrong:
Two items from my order didn’t ship with the rest of my order. The camera doesn’t save photos to TF cards. I love the idea but man it’s really disappointing that it didn’t work out. :/

When I reached out about a refund, I got response within the hour and was met with a very kind and helpful message!

Customer service is SO fast and helpful!! I decided I changed my mind on what color I wanted after placing my order and emailed them asking to switch— I thought no way, but worth a shot? They answered within like 30 minutes and switched it out for me no problem!

I just placed my first order, and am so excited for it to come! I didn’t realize I had the wrong delivery address entered in, but Cielo’s customer service was very helpful in fixing that for me, to avoid any confusion. Thank you! I look forward to recovering my order:)

The camera works as it should, the pictures are like a normal disposal camera so I would absolutely say it’s advertised as is. Needed some help to transfer the photos to my phone and customer support answered very fast and was very helpful. Would recommend if you are looking for the disposal camera look but want to be more planet friendly minded!

Terrible quality and customer service is SO disappointing. I used the camera twice and it stopped working. It must have been maybe 40 days. They claim because it’s past 30 days, they can’t refund me but can give me 50% off for the next order. Why the hell would I order again when the product stopped working. They should honor and provide a full refund, it literally stopped working after the second time and I provided all the photo and video evidence. Shitty company.

I made a mistake on buying 3 cameras instead of 1 and because of there no return policy we were not able to return these 2 cameras but we shot them a email and almost immediately they responded and edited my order and were so kind throughout there emails and they really have great customer service def buy

I love this product now that I know how to use it, it took me a bit to figure it out and I even had to contact costumer service but they were super helpful and I will be using this product again and again.

The photos turn out so clear and amazing!

Really great customer service. Had an issue with one of their products and emailed them. Got back to me within the hour and it was sorted by the end of the day. Gave me a free replacement when they didn’t have to. I see that their customer service doesn’t have the best ratings on here but I can reassure you that they’re learning from there mistakes and they doing much better now.

Very cheap quality product not matching the price , not fully compatible with iPhones ? Takes a long time to arrive even if shipment says otherwise , returns policy only applies if product is damaged .

Scammers and law breakers.
My order was left outside by the shipping company and got stolen, as per the sellers website this is eligible for a refund.
The support tells me that it's not covered by the 100% money back guarantee, even tho I have looked through the whole thing and it states nothing about this (I have screenshots to prove this from the time I had contact with them.)
I had to open a claim with the shipping company myself, but they needed ThatOneStreet to go ahead with the claim (surprise, they ignore this).
According to both my local law and the Canadian law, that they state they are under, the "seller" is responsible to refund the buyer in case of a package is lost in transition. They haven't helped me in my case or even gotten back to me since January.

Stay away from this scam of a company. Terrible service and unexisting support for their customers.

Cheap poor quality product. No instructions. SD adaptor is cheap and does not pick up on devices. Missing items i,e the mystery gift that probably would be just as disappointing.

Absolute SCAM.

Awful company. Sent me a camera that doesn’t work, started the returns and refund process within the window quoted on the site. Was told it was passed on to the relevant department and then didn’t hear from them after that. Followed up and said I was outside the returns window. Avoid
