Was happy to get the tickets for Tomorrowland however was not happy that the price a few days before the event went down $200 USD. I guess it is better to wait until the last minute.

The venue was relatively small, and our tickets were standing room only (most of the audience was in the sitting), so the concert cobditions were not ideal. Thw show itself was very good but our viewing conditions detracted from the enjoyment.

Used this site three times now for World Cup tickets. Worked perfectly each time. I really like the all-in price. Saves time, energy and stress. Will use Viagogo again for sure 👍.

Simple to book, easy payment method, reliable service.

I had an issue with my tickets for TML , i received an email from UPS that my tickets were delivered in a UPS delivery point but apparently it was a mistake from UPS, because Viagogo phoned me that they never work with paper tickets, just bracelets ( i received my bracelets before) So i had a lot of stress but Viagogo solved the problem, it was a good communication!!
Only the price i payed was very high, when you know what a regular ticket costs. The extra administration/tax cost from 99€ is to much to pay, but further it was a great experience! I'll recommend Viagogo to everyone who can't order any tickets from TML account.

I was a little worried because I had seen both good a bad reviews, but I bought my ticket with risk and faith and it truly paid off. I got my tickets 2 days before the concert and once there I got to sit front row and saw every single singer, had an amazing experience!

We where so lucky to be able to buy 3 tickets for BTS in Munich. A bit overpriced but we had the best concert ever 🤞🤞🤞

The site was really easy to navigate to see and understand what seats were available, last minute, for a Duran Duran concert in Verona. Payment and confirmation of e-tickets was straightforward. The only slight issue was that the additional admin/booking fees were not clear, which added approx £30 to the transaction.

It was my second time buying tickets and both times the experience was very good! Easy and quick!

I was so stressed since I didnt know if it's an authentic ticket or not. And If it was was it sold to others.
But hey it worked !!!! It was the most amazing BTS concert ever !!!!!! And i only paid 10€ of taxes and the ticket was only 3€ more than the price on ticketmaster (wish they had a system to change the barre code)

At first my ticket from my wallet wasn’t working on the ticket scanner, but went to another entrance and it worked. The show was great and memorable.

Everything went smoothly; the tickets arrived on time and were valid. The prices are sometimes too high.

Viagogo did not inform me when my original purchased ticket had a problem, it was not until I was about to drive 6 hours to Berlin when I found out through the chatbot.
The process from then onwards was smooth but I might not have realised until arriving at the venue by which time it might have been too late.

The fees are also astronomical, a ticket was advertised as €103 but by the time I paid fees it became €181 and these weren't added until the very last step.

Honestly, I was initially nervous about the tickets purchased through Viagogo, given that the event was in Madrid—3,200 km away from where I live—and I had already bought my plane tickets; but everything went smoothly, and I received the tickets three days before the concert.
