Excellent customer service
Well initially I wasn’t very happy as my order was supposedly delivered but I hadn’t received it. I rang Pet Circle and they said I would receive it the next day, which I did. Very easy and uncomplicated on the second try.

Sent damaged goods
Been a customer for years but they recently knowingly sent a damaged cat litter bag to me. They clearly knew it was damaged because they poorly attempted to patch it up. The patch did not cover the hole and when I opened the postage box cat litter was everywhere.
This came a few months after they another postage mishap.
Will definitely think twice before buying from them again.

Not happy at all. Little regard for where the package was left in my drive way near my front gate so all could see in the pouring rain.

Frustrating to deal with
Frustrating to deal with. Courier lost my order. Received an email advising that I can reorder at no extra cost to me. The next day my order was refunded. I will never use pet circle again and do not recommend anyone using Pet circle as my whole experience was crap with them.
