Delayed/No delivery
Unfortunately, depsite usually a great experience, I have now had 2 deliveries take longer than expected with my latest delivery not even leaving the warehouse after tracking was updated as ready to ship a week ago. Would have rated lower, but refund was issued promptly on request. Just have the inconvenience now of paying more, and having to spend an hour and a half on the road to go to the vet instead

My dogs love it
Thought we would try hypro after our more expensive grain free well known brand has increased in price and lessened in weight. Our dogs love it! Both our Staffy and Jack Russell gobble it up. We are hoping that it has the same result as our previous grain free kibble.

Great website and fast delivery. I have ordered from other suppliers and, even though the company was in same city as me, I waited 5 days for delivery! And I had to pay! With this company my product arrived 24 hours later and delivery was free

Item was not delivered and there was no…
Item was not delivered and there was no correspondence from Pet Circle to explain the non delivery. It was only after speaking to a chatbot on whattsapp I was provided with a link that revealed this in the small print: "NHOP (Items not presented for load) Delivery not presented at warehouse / store"
A week later, nothing from Pet Circle. The company has taken my money and delivered nothing. DO NOT RECOMMEND
