The currency conversion rate was much lower than standard rates and fees at 5% much too high for a small payment to ´family and friends’. Not happy 😏

I have total confidence in PayPal and use it all the time. If there is a problem with the payment they help sort it out.

This company cannot even offer a refund of a scam unauthorised purchased take no responsibility at all. Dispoibted please avoid trust your bank this company is useless.

It appears that robots handle the claim section and not humans. I sent countless emails and screenshots for a situation I had with a seller and just because I had used the wrong claim reason it was closed in the favor of the seller even after I had returned items , this is the second time this is happening to me and I lost my money the last time.
Please add more reasons for claims eg a simple return item .
Luckily the seller still reimbursed me regardless of your decision and then you still took a 4 euros fees from my refund. why ???
Its over 11 years I’ve had this account, Ill be closing it .

Good security

I did not make this payment and Mr. Leslie Stern has not received it into his account. I have received notice from Paypal that I did, indeed, make this payment; however, I did not and it has not been taken from my account nor received by Mr. Stern.
