Disgusting got ripped off with an item that did not arrive and I sent all the proof and because they ended the dispute when I was on holiday as I did not reply they are still charging me for it, I have been once again on an hr chat with someone called lokesh who had me believing this would be resolved but no after all the back and forth KLARNA done nothing they do not protect customers of fraud
