Concert/festival tickets are bought far in advance my event was cancelled and paypal refuse to open dispute for refund after seller did not respond as its outwith 180 days since tickets were purchased absolute disgrace. DO NOT USE FOR EVENT TICKETS

First PayPal did not execute transfer. Cancelled after 7 days without information. PayPal credited my account by mistake. Balancing was a nightmare due to AI chats and confusing App.
Never again.

Super easy to use,transaction are fast and secure

PayPal is gone to hell. After using it for 25 years I've had enough. I was scammed online. I bought something that was a euro. A week later they took money from my account. I opened a case with PayPal. They sided with the scammers!!!!!! Even though the scam company sent an email which admitted I didn't owe them money and there was no evidence I gave permission for money to be taken. PayPal still took the side of the scammers and wouldn't read my email. After 25 years a customer you would think they would side with me. Nope. Now threatening me with debt collection agencies etc. this is fraud and bullying. I won't be using PayPal ever again and would advise people to stay away.

I'm a pensioner, so I only use PayPal privately. The security when using PayPal really impresses me. The speed money is sent is unbeatable.

I am extremely disappointed with PayPal. After months of trying to resolve my issue, I feel like they failed to protect me as a customer. I provided the information I had, but my case was still closed without a fair resolution.

The process was frustrating, communication was poor, and I was left feeling like no one truly reviewed my situation. I trusted PayPal to help when there was a dispute, but instead I lost both my money and my confidence in the service.

Based on my experience, I will be looking for other payment options in the future. I hope PayPal improves the way it handles disputes and customer support so other customers do not go through the same experience.

What a Bull$hit company I receive a deposit yesturday for 450.00 and they are holding 136.54 and wont release it til July 23rd ive been a customer of theirs since 2019. And when I told them I am closing my account after I get my money on July 23rd they told me they are going to close my account and keep my 136.54 that is some B S be aware of this no good company

Unfair account permanent suspension over a personal transfer—zero English support
I am an international student in Germany and my account was permanently deactivated because a friend accidentally sent me money using 'Goods and Services' instead of a personal transfer. PayPal immediately flagged this as commercial activity and locked my funds, and deactivated my account.

When I tried to call customer support to explain the mistake, the entire automated phone system was strictly in German and impossible to navigate as a non-native speaker. There was absolutely no clear option to speak to a human or request English support.

PayPal completely overrides their own scheduled release dates once they restrict your account, leaving students stranded without their funds. It is incredibly anti-user and hostile to international residents. Do not trust them with your money while living abroad

Reliable and fast transaction and payment service

Have been using PayPal forever. I guess more than 20 years. It’s convenient and easy. Yesterday for the first time I needed help regarding a false payment with a fraud company ( Ketoway app never download!). And they helped me to get back my falsely charged payment. I am a satisfied customer. My bank would have never helped me
