Because installations can vary quite a bit depending on the surface and fixing method (brick, render, timber, uPVC, etc.), it’s tricky to include the “right” screws for every job — but we completely understand why it would be handy. If you ever want to double-check the best fixings for a particular install, just let us know and we’ll happily advise.

Was trying everywhere to get the right size flat ducting complete with all connections. No one sold them where I could walk in and buy . Very glad to find yourselves and all parts I needed but obviously had to wait. Delivered as promised and fitted perfectly. Thank you. I cannot fault your service.But still disappointed at the lack of all parts locally in general.

I had a fan making horrible noise and…
I had a fan making horrible noise and decided to contact the supplier, because it was only 6 months old.
Ted from customer service was fantastic and sent me a free courier link to post back to them and within a few days a brand new replacement fan arrived at my door, such a great service and speedy response.
