Incredible service from the lovely Julie at #HowdensBromley... from the initial design process, through to the kitchen installation (including same-day tweaks - shout out to the amazing Trevor too!) Julie's experience and professionalism were outstanding - we can't rate her highly enough! Noting that my wife works in property management, her expectations are (how to phrase this delicately) H I G H, yet she was thrilled with the finish and whole experience working with Julie. Selection of items is great, pricing competitive and prompt shipment.

For items that cannot be shipped immediately, this is clearly indicated on the site. When asked, you receive updates on the status quickly.

They used DHL for shipping a rod. DHL allow for rescheduling before attempting delivery, which is great for ensuring you can be home to receive it.

Return process was horrendous.
There is no return label as such, you need to organise shipping yourself. When in the UK, I was advised to send to Germany or the US. When sending to Germany, customs holds it and asks the recipient for import duties, which they refuse and hence the package is sent back. This took a total of 4 months.

26/04/2024 Update: I sent the company an email following their response to this review and responded through Trustpilot with the order details. I have since been given a UK address to return it too.

22/05/2024 Update: I received a full refund from the company - updated the score accordingly.

It's weird how difficult it is to find sports energy drinks without the fake sugars. You'd think the extra calories are welcome. High5 gets it right.
These guys now also do gel tubes that are refillable.
All in all, High5 products work well for me

We had a little hick-up with the installation, but the company resolved it very smoothly and all is well. It gives great confidence the way they resolve these things.

The only way I got my family to camp.... No way I could convince the them to crawl in a lightweight tent.

We got ourselves an inflatable bell tent. It goes up in no time. Making up some glamping beds, fancy lights and some rugs and all of a sudden we had a little holiday home. Absolutely fantastic!

I have not contacted customer services, but the general (automated) service in getting started was great. There's helpful tips and videos to get you started and enough opportunity to seek help if you need to.

Found an item at a great price. Shipping cost was reasonable. International shipping time was incredibly fast. Didn't need customer support.

Called through my car insurer for a cracked windscreen. Managed to make a same day appointment to replace the glass. Engineer came to the house and fixed it where I had parked my car. Pretty much did not need to drive with a cracked windscreen. Great service!

Return customer: being happy with a pain in our previous place, we decided to use Fired Earth for our paint job in the current home. Excellent service from the Orpington store and very happy with the colours on the walls.
