Even though the delivery was very late due to no stock arriving., communication was good and arrived as promised eventually

Everything was great! Very fast delivery to Guernsey, which I didn't expect, but was proven wrong. The price for the elacs was good and I got vat off. The speakers themselves are amazing and I couldn't be happier! Thank you AV! :)

Very disappointed; no better than speakers on the TV.

Bought 8 bags of inert filler (for adding weight to things), sold as 'approx 1.7Kg' per bag, actual weight was between 1.58Kg and 1.6Kg per bag, so a whole ~880g less product overall . . . the product photos show it as small metal discs pressed out of sheet metal, the actual stuff delivered was a kind of black sand or ground rock . . . tired to resolve it over the phone, but was hung up on half way through what was a perfectly cordial conversation, weird ! . . . Anyhow, won't be using AV.com again.

I have acquired several subwoofers from this vendor due to their exclusive availability. The orders were fulfilled promptly, with same-day shipping, similar to the service provided by Richer Sounds. However, in contrast to Richer Sounds and Auditorium, the pricing of their products is considerably higher. A more cost-effective alternative would be to consider their nearly new items.

I have ordered a few things from this company usually by the internet. I have found their service and reliability exceptionally good I ordered and things were delivered exactly the same day I had ordered them for.Their manner on the phone has also been excellent would recommend this company to deal with.

I was looking for a decent sound bar and just searched google and one name kept coming up and was Sonos ….. then searched Sonos and wow prices were just out my range until AV came up and advertising a second hand one for a very reasonable price. Ordered, delivered next day, back to google amd
Found out all done very easy thru app. AV did not disappoint at all and the sound bar is amazing !!!!! Even got 1yr guarantee with it which gives me some peace of mind. Definitely recommend AV very easy to purchase goods and they also buy your equipment. So all round very happy the neighbours….well that’s a different story 😎

Excellent on-line service. The Wiim streamer was very competitively priced and delivered very rapidly. Turntable ordered without a problem,bearing in mind I'm 85. It arrived well package so no damage. Instructions were brief and understandable. I thought it would have a built in speaker, which was my only problem. However I have purchased a small one and managed blue tooth. If I had known, and you had recommended I probably would have purchased from you at the same time.
