Ridiculous customer service

The website was easy to help find and work out our kitchen units needs. It was worrying when we thought that only retailers could order but delighted when we contacted you by phone and email to learn we the consumer could also buy from you. Andra was very clear and very helpful with our order and payment choice, and we went back to her several times. Thank you Andra. When our kitchen was delivered to us, it was prompt, friendly and gave good advice. My wife and I did struggle to get them inside our house as some are quite heavy. We start to install them next week. We fully recommend GGM Gastro. Chris.

Delivery dates on the site are misleading, Despite ordering in the uk item came with a European plug, when asking fuse id require in the uk they sent me various ( chat gpt sounding ) responses none of which answered the question so I had an electrician on site deal with it.A week later they responde telling me changing the plug will void he warranty. The product itself is great, shame about the company selling it.

ordered 2 small pieces on 19th october and travelling to overseas on 30 of october 4 days delay and suppose to take it with me to overseas which I cannot because of the delay and i don't need it after that if i cancel don't know if they charge me ???? not recommended at all and ups company they not taking the deliveries seriously .
end : not happy at all and GGm have bad communication also .

Do not waste your money with this company

Had the worst experience. Don't order anything if you're in UK . Customer service is non existent. Not dispatched after 15 days of order . Called and the guy said i cant do anything . Absolutely non professional and no intention of keeping customers satisfied.

I ordered the freezer after two weeks on less than two weeks when we plug in it’s broke down or product into the bin. I called them. They didn’t even answer my call. I received the email. I answered the email. They didn’t open even the email on the WhatsApp as well so I call again where I bought which is Luton and they told me I will not receive the service from them because it’s not on the warranty I saying again I bought this freezer three months ago and we pluck in two months ago and it stopped working and they asked me to arrange technician by itself which is pointless because call out cost at least 200 pounds plus VAT only for technician to found out which part is broken so technician have to find out the part broken. They need to send this technician report to company and if it’s everything fine company will send us the part so I need I need to call technician again to feed this part to the freezer is another 200 pounds at least plus VAT so it’s already 400 pounds plus VAT for technician the freezer I think cost 600 pounds or something like this. What is the logic?

Product ordered after talking to UK showroom online. Arrived with German plug, told to use adapter. Don't feel comfortable using one in the commercial setting.

If ordered in the UK, plus having a UK showroom, it should be sold with UK 3 pin plug. UK showroom said if plug is changed to a UK 3 pin by a qualified electrician that it would invalidate the warranty. However with the number of house fires caused by adapters, plus gaining the correct earthing I feel it is very irresponsible of GGM Gastro.

Do not order from this company. They are extremely unprofessional. Ordered two fridges both of them turned up two weeks later completely smashed up. Both fridges don’t work. Been emailing and calling for over two weeks now with no reply whatsoever. Daylight robbery.
