Do not buy anything from Expondo. There is no contact telephone or email for customer service.
My severely damaged stainless steel kitchen unit arrived a week late and there is no way of communicating with Expondo to submit a refund with photos. Expondo products are sent from China to Poland to Germany to the UK.
My unit looked nothing like the photos on the website: it was flimsy aluminium despite being advertised as stainless steel; and was a severely damaged returned item that had been re-packed.

The DHL shipping company driver put the package on another place, another adress! DHL didn’t call me about this situation.
It was a terrible deliver. I never would like to be in this situation. It is a shame on the delivery company service!

Easy to order the item. Very straightforward transaction, accurate tracking do delivery. Arrived after 40 minutes of the anticipated delivery time, and a couple of days ahead of “schedule”. Excellent service from FedEx with regard to delivery.

Delivery has been provisioned quickly but parcel arrived damaged
Delivery has been provisioned very quickly, but the UPS parcel was damaged. I initiated a complaint at UPS and they collected the parcel on the next day. Unfortunately, UPS have not notified me prior colelction date and time, so it was uncomfortable to manage.

The product met expectations but the UPS delivery did not. UPS delivered the product to a different delivery location than it stated it would deliver to.
