DHL announced delivery at 22:00. We are the University of Helsinki. Who will be at the reception to receive the package?.
I contacted DHL, and their customer service is really shity. They do not provide any meaningful service. Please, next time do not use UPS for delivery.

Product is great
Product is great, delivery was a bit disappointing. Delivery company said they rang and no one answered, so I had to pick up the package (which was very inconvenient to transport due to its heaviness) from a Späti quite far from my place.

Happy with my purchase
Bought a deep fryer and an ingridient container. Delivery was super fast. Deep fryer is in perfect conditions and works good. Ingridient container had scratches and didnt look new, however I can use it (without this I would have given 5 stars).
