Very quick delivery.
Very pleased with the instrument. Good quality. Good sound & good playability. Good easthetic. I was a little surprised with the colour (the guitar is advertised as 'Black' but actual colour is a translucent mid/dark grey). This, however, does not detract anything from the quality of the instrument itself.
Price is super.

Great price, delivered right away, very happy with it. The link to the download was wrong (as far as I could see) but I found the right one very easily

I still haven't received my order..there seems to be a discrepancy between the info regarding the nr. Of packets between gear4music & DHL. DHL only has 3 packets but apparently the info from gear4music ist that there are 4 packets. Because of this the order is in Transit and I don't see it being solved any time soon. Apparently DHL has contacted gear4music, but I don't know which reply they received..

I would really appreciate it if gear4music could get into Touch with DHL and compare the Nr. Of packets and what should be in them because at the moment nothing is Happening with the order in the last 4 weeks..I don't know if DHL lost a packet or if the info was false..the order was very expensive and it would be good to get some kind Of Feedback or a refund as it seems like the order is not going to arrive..

Ordered a student cello as I wanted to try get into learning the instrument without spending too much. Unfortunately I wasn't aware of the fact that Gear4music and other sites like them actually sell cellos/violins that are unplayable as sold. I took my cello to a professional luthier in Dublin who told me the tuner pegs were not installed correctly, the bridge needed to be shortened as the strings were 3 times higher than they should be, the nut had to be sanded down even lower, the neck had to be sanded completely flat as it was extremely uneven, and the strings provided were practically unplayable. In the end I had to spend another 180 euro to get it to a playable state. Do yourself a favour, visit a professional luthier and see what they can recommend for you. He told me most people who buy these student instruments quickly give up as they believe they are unable to play the instrument, despite the fact that a professional would struggle to play it as well. DO NOT BUY CHEAP STUDENT CELLOS OR VIOLINS FROM THIS COMPANY.

for the first time i purchased something which was not delivered to my address, the handler did not heped me to solve the issue, the couriers did not provided further informations, and the handler did closed my case without any further investigation, they neither refund my stolen purchase, or offred me a replacement, i never fellt as helpless as this time, the only thing i could do is to rise a complaint to the police.

In Germany, the seller bears the risk of delivery until the buyer actually receives the goods — and if the package is lost or stolen after being given to a delivery service, the seller is still responsible for refund or replacement. You do not lose this right just because the delivery company marks it “delivered.

so as consumer, i complain about the parcel that i never received the non proof of delivery or any evidence. and the handler that refuse to take this intoconcideration.

This is the worst experiance i had with an online service.

Although the delivery was not great because of DHL, they didn’t delivered the items direct to our house. But the main thing is that the package was in great condition as I picked it up. The build quality is on top, as well as the sound of both speakers. I hope it will last

Build in a way, that 3/4 of my Guitars can‘t Even fit. Tried to modify it, cause it did Look nice, but the wood broke immediately. Unusable, spare your Money.

Ok... The guitar is just beautiful, the set-up is pretty decent BUT... I got a lot of scratches on the BRAND New guitar, this is just annoying, the person who did the quality check is just unprofessional... 😡😡😡
