Borderline fraud
It would appear that this company is boderline fraud. I visited the website and placed an order for 2 devices. I received an email shortly after stating that my order is incomplete. So, I followed the link. By following the link I was automatically charged for another two devices. I immediately sent an email requesting that the second 'order' was cancelled and included the PayPal transaction numbers. I received an email confirming my original order for two devices had been received, but not a second confirmation for another order. I was then told that everything was bundled into a single order! I was told that the orders could not be cancelled as the orders had already been shipped. According to the 'track order' link nothing has been shipped. So, they are just sitting on the money. They claim the orders cannot be cancelled because the orders have been shipped - this is a blatant lie. Customers must pay returns themselves! Also, you are automatically charged for 'extended warranty'. Presumably a box is pre-checked and the customer must uncheck the box. An absolute con. DO NOT buy from this company. Update 10.07.2026. All emails remain unanswered. No shipment. Keep away from this company. I was able to reclaim the bulk of my money via PayPal. Thanks PayPal. Update 16.07.2026. I now receive an email from 'customer support' written in German.
