The lighter was not what was advertised

Customer service very courteous and very helpful. They answered right away. Ordering process was good. The product was not what I expected.

The product Toilet Cleaning Foam did not perform. No foam after I followed directions, no cleaning.

We received our product yesterday. We read all of the instructions, plugged it up and waited, and waited and waited for it to begin cooling. The only air that came from the unit was a very weak fan function. Absolutely no cooling. We contacted customer support for advise and were told that product return instructions would be emailed to us. Awaiting these now.

Customer service reps were attentive to my concerns, and it was decided to return the pressure nozzle for full credit.
The pressure nozzle does not deliver any higher pressure than my current hose nozzle. I am very disappointed

I received an item advertised as an AC/Heat unit. The AC is a scam. I want to return the item but they are telling me they will refund at %75 and let me keep it. I don’t want the item. It took 6 weeks to get here too. No return label offered.

Requested refund for vacuums the same day I received them (7/6/26. Have gotten the run around for over 2 weeks. Vacuum are useless. Have continually tried to get shipping information to return vacuums and process to get refund. Finally got hold of live person and she offered a partial refund and told me I didn’t have to return the vacuums. I agreed as I just want to be done with this company. Still haven’t heard anything or received a refund. Stay away from this company. Their refund policy is a joke.

I ordered 2 Epicoolers, when I went to pay an offer for 2 more popped up for a good price against the original order, so in total about €406 paid through Paypal. After 10 days I contacted the support and "Victoria" answered that the goods were on the way, and within the timeframe, No tracking number, After a few more days still nothing, again the same generic email from "Victoria" this time I thought I was contacting paypal because they have a decieving email contact paypalheyhelp.cc, it is however not anything to do with Paypal it just comes back to the original firm. After 21 days of nothing I finally reported them to Paypal and as the transactions were in two lots, I received back the lesser of the two purchases immediately , however the second and higher purchase is still under review, Why I dont know, if after 21 days one has not recieved any product or even a tracking number there is not really a lot to review. I also noticed that they had a reoccuring standing order/subscription booked on my paypal account, which of course I cancelled. It just remains to be seen how Paypal react to the second dispute. Obviously the negative reviews are not without reason for such a cheeky company.

After I decided I was not going to put this on my F 150 and contacted your service dept I found them to be very helpful and pleasant on the phone. The Syngas device I ordered was never opened and I am returning in that condition. Thanks for your help in this matter

I was on the phone waiting for about 30 minutes today and yesterday I was on waiting for an hour and then it just hung up on me…

It took awhile holding and I actually lost the first call, called again and was on hold for another 5 minutes. Once I got through to the live agent, she gave me all the information needed on my next step in returning the heater. It definitely wasn’t what was advertised as, I live in Florida and I rarely use a heater.

The product is not working, as I explained to the support team the brushes are working but the machine is not moving and no light is coming on. I was told the product would be replaced but so far have not heard any more 3 weeks ago.
