I wouldn’t recommend the Coolzi; the description of what it can do is a complete fabrication. The company is difficult to get hold of, and if your Coolzi is faulty and you want to send it back, it will cost you €150, or you can settle for a €17 refund. If you paid by Visa, you can claim the amount back with the necessary evidence and at least one email from Coolzi itself confirming what is described above. I’ve got all my money back. But spread the word: this is utter rubbish never buy it.

It does not cool down the room or the preferred area. Rather it heats it up overall. I also ordered the hose and it still does not make a significant impact cooling the room down. I recommend a more powerful unit.

I just returned my Coolzy Pro and Igloo tent (official order EU35789) after finding that the product didn't work much better than a standard fan. After a delivery problem, in which the company only sent the Igloo tent but not the Coolzy Pro, the AC unit was eventually delivered to me in Barcelona a week later than expected. I tried using the Coolzy Pro both as a stand-alone unit and with the Igloo tent, running the AC unit for several hours at a time. While I understand that it is only intended to cool the area in front of the unit, I found that it barely did that. Even inside the Igloo tent, the temperature was reduced only a minimal amount, perhaps 1 or 2 degrees Celsius, and certainly not the 10 degrees claimed in the company's advertising. I was operating during daytime and nighttime temperatures around 32 degrees Celsius. Communication with the after-sales department was reasonably good, with a one-day delay because their offices are in Australia. Coolzy offered to send me a different unit in case the one I received was faulty, but ultimately, I just don't believe the product is effective. The air blowing from the front of the AC unit was marginally cooler than a regular fan, but not enough to cool me while I sat directly in front of it at my desk or on a sofa. It seems the product just doesn't work as advertised. As stated on the company's website, I had to pay for the return postage, which cost me about 55 euros. I will update this once I receive the refund, but overall, it was a disappointing experience. I do not recommend this product. A good fan works just as well.

A very expensive fan. Certainly not an air conditioner. Dont waste your money. Cheap import from China.

This product does not perform as advertised. Total disappointment. The 3 to 14 day return period is an absolute joke. i ordered the units when I was working out of town, so, by the time I returned home only to find out what junk this product is the window to return had passed. total rip off.

Product totally unsatisfactory for cooling. I inquired with customer service about a return and no one got back to me.

Updating: My review DOES pertain to Coolzy. I DID hear back from them re US customer service. I can share further that the company does not take responsibility for a failed product; would not accept a return nor provide a refund. So, they do not stand by their product and do not address valid customer complaints in any meaningful way. RIP OFF hard stop!

Terrible! I ordered a refurb unit. It has been 6 days and the unit has not shipped. I've called the US office repeatedly and emailed by the US and AU help desk. Not a single reply. I'm wondering at the moment if Coolzy is a real company or if this is fraud.

Coolzy may try to claim that I mistakenly ordered from one of the scammers Coolizi etc. I did not. I ordered from Coolzy.com. I have tried for days to get anyone to respond to me via email and phone. I have sent a message to cancel the order and have asked my credit card provider to investigate.

NEW: Adding this after the Coolzy response. This has to be the strangest purchase experience ever. As noted above, calls & emails went unanswered for a full week. I had my credit card provider remove the charge. The next day I get a credit from Coolzy. That is it. A credit. No message of apology, no explanation, nothing.

Note also the false claim of a bounced email. It worked just fine with issuing the credit. Plus I left vmail messages so a call would have been easy enough.

Do not do business with this company. I can only imagine how bad the service would be if there was a problem given how they handled this order!

I find this product to be a piece of crap. You would be better off to go buy yourself a nice fan at a department store. They tell me that I have a one month guarantee which I may return. When I call their number for an address to ship it back they hang up on me.

Coolzy responded with an apology & offer to accept its return & instructions to email them, which I did. Then i get an email back saying they dont accept returns. They advertise that ventng isnt necesary, thats why i bought this unit. Now they say the reason its not blowing cool air is because its not vented. And they didnt provide any means of venting.
This morning Coolzy issued me a complete refund! Very honest company!

I installed the unit (which isn't even proud enough to carry a brand name label on the unit itself - just blank white plastic real estate. Even the instructions don't carry a brand name!) in my enclosed office at home. The space is 8' x10' in dimension, with an 8' high ceiling. The temperature after installing and before starting the uint: 85° F. Running at its lowest temperature setting (16° C - there seems to be no way to switch to farenheit), for an hour? My office is now at 88° F. That, in anyone's book, is a complete failure to deliver as advertised. Verdict: Lesson learned and stay away.

DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT!! Extreemly bad product with no performance. Promises to deliver in a few business days practice is a mounts. Totally no cooling performance, lot of noise but no fan power. Sending beck kost you €50-60 to China, refund is €15. Extreemly bad company. When it’s to beautiful to be true, it also is so 🤬

Do not buy this as it doesn’t work at all & it is a big scam & the customer service email never get back to you.

Efficient service and great product for our outdoor cat....

We purchased two of these units at the very onset of the 'warm' weather, they took nearly TWO MONTHS to arrive, having passed from one delivery company to another on their journey to the UK from CHINA. When unpacked (carefully due to the nature of the product and what the main casing is made of) one was plugged into a standard UK socket, ON button pressed, nothing!. Repeated attempts gave the same negative response. Second unit plugged in and turned on, with settings to give cold air down to about 16 degrees. Two maybe three hours later room temperature was pretty much the same as at start. Hand held close to the outlet and the air was a good way away from being 'COLD'. Tried repeatedly to contact supplier with the view of getting some sort of returns/refund. After four days of trying we have been offered 35 USD as compensation along with the chance to package and return (at OUR cost) both items on THE CHANCE we MAY be offered a full refund. The cost of returning is suggessted to be in the region of 80/90 USD and a possibility they may not be accepted at the destinations border for whatever reason. Please think long and hard about purchasing this or any other item from this website TOTSOO they are scammers of the highest level and the UK Goverment should block any trading with them by honest normal people of this country. Thank for reading this long post.

Their helpdesk is an invalid id.. damaged good and does not cool the room at all…
It’s wasted money… how does trust pilot allow such a post is beyond my understanding…
If there is some way.. help me return & get my money back!! If not it’s a fraud company.. product takes nearly a month but n valid helpdesk or email id so no way of refund at all. Please don’t fall for the trap!!!

I appreciate that when I choose to purchase a refurbished cooler because you’re sold out of new models- you told me up front that the packaging was also not new rather than finding that out when it’s delivered. I appreciate that. ✌️🙏🤘
