My order went fine, but my wife ordered the same time for the kids birthday and we are still waiting 1 week later for the delivery and there’s no update either.
So for that reason we are not happy.

Store assistant was extremely helpful in Metro Centre Gateshead ,didnt have shoe size in store so she checked on line to see what was available and ordered the shoe in store for me to either have delivered at home or collect ,took payment also no hassle at all fantastic service and fast delivery 😀 HAPPY DAYS TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAMWORK.
