Poor customer service
I ordered two products, one was in good condition but the other had tags missing and smelled. Customer service contact process is deliberately designed to prevent you from actually contacting them. You take the time to fill out a web form, then they just send you a link to some FAQs before having to repeat yourself over email. Poor service and product quality overall.

My order of Adidas tobacco shoes
My order of Adidas tobacco shoes, both of the orders were delivered within two days and the shoes were in perfect condition. Although the box was a little damaged but the shoes were perfectly fine and genuine. Really appreciate the timely delivery and genuine products. Will definitely buy again and recommend to everyone.

Ella at Size? Nottingham branch was very helpful, polite & patient with me as I tried on x4 pairs of sneakers. Ella assisted me with ordering x1 pair Adidas sneakers from the website (in my size) to be delivered to the shop, then I purchased my 2nd pair New Balance and new laces. Very good retail assistant, great customer service
