Excellent Flight Booking Platform
Flugladen is one of the best websites for finding a wide range of flight options at competitive prices. The website is well organized and offers multiple filters, making it easy to find the most suitable flight based on individual preferences.
I have been using Flugladen since 2017, and it has consistently been my preferred platform for booking flights. My only suggestion would be to develop an iOS app/ Android app (In multiple language/English), as having a dedicated Flugladen app in the App Store would make the overall experience even more convenient.

Dear Flugladen Team,
I am writing to dispute an unauthorized booking and the immediate debit of €52.76 from my account today (July 20, 2026).
While reviewing flight details on your website, the ticket was booked immediately after I entered the data, without displaying a final payment summary. This is an incorrect booking that I did not authorize.

I request that you cancel this erroneous booking immediately and refund the amount of €52.76 to my account right away.

Flugladen showed me the wrong seat…
Flugladen showed me the wrong seat configuration on their website so i ended up with 2 middle seats. There was no way to change seats or buy new ones. Better book with the airline directly.

When booking, the seat maps shown on the website are based on the latest data provided by the airlines. Sometimes, airlines change the aircraft type or update their seat configurations at the last minute, which can cause a mismatch with the layout shown during the booking process. Once these changes are made by the airline, modifying or purchasing new seats through the system can unfortunately become limited. Behind the scenes, work is constantly being done to improve the connection with airlines to ensure the most up-to-date information is always available.
