Wish I saw the google reviews before purchasing…you should take a look at them as well. They must be paying for reviews on this website as there is a massive contradiction between the reviews here and the genuine reviews on google.

Do not waste your money with Feel Good Contacts.

I have worn glasses for 11 years and know how to care for my lenses. I ordered a pair and paid extra for their Silver Lens Package (1.6 high index, scratch-resistant, anti-reflection, and UV protection). What I received is practically unusable:

Instant micro-scratches: Despite only using the cloth they provided and never using clothing or abrasive materials, micro-scratches appeared immediately on lenses sold as "scratch-resistant."

Permanent smudging: Cleaning them only smears grease and residue across the glass. Even water droplets in light rain leave marks that are impossible to rub off without streaking.

Heavy and thick: I paid extra for thinner lenses (1.6 index), yet they arrived thicker and noticeably heavier than standard, basic lenses.

When I contacted customer service with photos, explaining the situation and asking for an exchange or refund, their response was completely dismissive. Rather than addressing genuine manufacturing or coating flaws, they hid behind excuses - claiming "scratch-resistant doesn't mean scratch-proof," blaming the metal frame and my prescription for the thickness, and shutting down any resolution by claiming the 30-day window had passed.

Zero accountability, subpar coatings, and dismissive customer service. Save yourself the frustration and buy your glasses elsewhere.

The photos below is straight after wiping the lense with the exact cloth they provided. The glass just smudges and smears. Unusable glasses and instead of a simple £50 refund they decide to blame the customer. Amazing strategy.

Edit: the email I received only AFTER they seen my review was “return the item to us and we will inspect it to see the issue”. What a horrific reply. They basically are saying that, the customers are untrustworthy and they want to see if the issue is great enough for a review with their own eyes. (Judging by the lack of accountability before) they will just keep the money and pass on the glasses and come up with an excuse as to why they can’t give a refund.

Just give your customers a break and refund them, it’s clearly a faulty item, not as described, and instead of forcing every customer to do chargebacks, keep your business alive and just do the right thing. How about that. Goodness me.

Another fantastic experience. My contact lenses arrived 12 hours after I’d ordered them! However I was unable to use the App discount code mentioned in an email. Regardless, the site offers good value for money
