All around terrible service. I tried to reschedule a return flight online and EVERY date I checked on the calendar was unavailable. I ended up checking the airline directly for my preferred dates and the planes were half full! When I called to chat w an agent, they had me on hold for one hour! They also promise to confirm w/in 72 hrs. They call, leave garbled message of less than 10 seconds and you have to start process all over. Yesterday, they ended up sending me a link to schedule my preferred date- for the nominal cost of $400!
I booked a flight to chicago from Istanbul, bought luggage and the departure is few hours later, while I was purchasing the ticket there was an option to buy prime price luggage which i truly need and I selected that and was assured that everything is going as planned, but after minutes I received an email that not only says im not allowed the extra lchecked in luggage which was 32kg, not even the 23kg one as well. This was horrible and the refund will take around 10 days, I did not ask for that I want the luggage allowance. Now I have to book the vhecked in luggage through the airline which is by now is becoming more expensive (at least double the price).. why would they put an option and while knowing the airline wont approve or that it might not be! How about informing the person while buying the ticket.. ofcourse they wont because people would rather to buy directly from the airline instead...
I booked flights (4) with eDREAMS. First 2 flights were 8th July 2025 and other 2 flights were 12th July 2025.
The first flight was cancelled by the airline - Air France.
Meaning the other 3 flights could not take place.
I booked seat options direct with Air France and once they had cancelled the first flight they refunded me for all 4 flight seat options within 3 days. Great service.
Air France would not refund me for the flights as they did not hold my credit card details - seemed reasonable as the flights were booked with eDREAMS.
After 4 months of calling eDREAMS and hearing every excuse under the sun, I have given up. They will not refund me. I have left this with the credit card company to see if they get anywhere.
Totally unscrupulous company with zero customer service if it means they have to give a refund.
deleted my account from android app however the prime account somehow still exists and managed to siphon money from me again. normally the EU has passed a law which states that a clear, visible "cancle" or "unsub" button be present on commercial website, but apparently they don't care. have to call them and listen to their BS. fraud
A lot of their setup feels disingenuous. For example, you are auto-enrolled into a 'Prime' membership with an expensive yearly renewal; and when you call up to cancel they spend a lot of time going through a lot of offers to keep you tied in. Make it simple to cancel.
Alongside the above, they emailed me to say that my flight cost had increased and if I stayed with 'Prime' they would provide a voucher to cover the cost increase on the flight. This was absolutely ridiculous and not true, but it would have baited a lot of people to come back to paying 'Prime' when they didn't need to.
Yes you can book a flight through them and sometimes it's cheap, but anyone who is vulnerable would be taken such advantage of. There's a reason some governments (New Zealand) even advise against using eDreams for anything. They literally warned citizens against doing business with eDreams.
I booked a flight on Ryanair’s website, but somehow the booking went through eDreams. Shortly after, they tried to sign me up for a subscription service, which I cancelled immediately.
Despite this, I later discovered that eDreams had continued taking payments from my bank account for several months. When I called them today, they instantly offered me a £50 voucher — which makes it clear they know they were in the wrong — and said they would cancel any future payments (even though I had already cancelled the subscription).
However, they refused to refund the four payments they should never have taken in the first place. I declined the £50 voucher. Very disappointing experience — I would strongly advise avoiding eDreams altogether.
They still haven’t refunded the money they wrongly took.

Later, for medical reasons, I asked to change my arrival date to a later time, in 2026, and I was willing to pay any additional charges. However, it was impossible to make such a simple change! I will never choose eDreams for my travels again. It would honestly be easier to travel to the other side of the world without any issues! It’s unbelievable that I couldn’t even change my hotel arrival date.

Terrible support team. I’ve spoken with several agents, explained my situation multiple times, and none of them were helpful. It honestly feels like a scam, the company seems focused on taking customers’ money rather than providing any real service.
When I tried to cancel my subscription, I discovered there’s no clear way to do it like no proper contact information, no option in the app, nothing. The last agent I spoke with literally said, “then it is not possible that way,” and hung up on me. Completely unacceptable.
I’ve never experienced such poor treatment from a company. Avoid at all costs.
