The worst EVER!!
The worst EVER! No delivery announcement before showing up, a span of time between 07:00-21:00 they say and you stay home waiting and most days they don’t even show up!
They take forever to reroute the delivery and man they are so rude.
From now on any company would deliver via DHL I’m not buying. Period.

Package delivered to the wrong house…
Package delivered to the wrong house number.
I only became aware of the delivery because I received an email from DHL asking me to review their service.
When I came home, there was no package. I checked the email again and noticed that it was supposed to have been delivered the day before.
I eventually found the package left outside the neighbouring house, where it had been sitting for an entire day, during which it had been raining most of the time. It is very obvious that the neighbouring house is unoccupied.
Yes – the delivery driver got the house number wrong. However, the correct house number is clearly displayed right next to the door of the neighbouring house. There really is nothing to get wrong if you simply use a little common sense.
The package contained an old collector's LP, which fortunately had been wrapped in plastic inside the cardboard box. Luckily, this meant that it survived the poor handling.
I also don't understand why a package would simply be left outside in the first place.
