After 12 days, I never received nothing. Even the links the sent me are not working.

Yes, you did contact me with "check your messages". You have sent me to the curier, than the curier sent me to the seller(that I have no way to contact), but the payment was made to redcare. You are a scam!! The receiver of payment is the one who should payback the money, not to send to all your affiliates in order to solve a minor situation like this one.

I ordered two items (Ducray Anaphase and La Roche Posay Kerium DS) and the experience was completely unacceptable. The package arrived with absolutely zero cushioning inside to protect the items. Because of this, the Anaphase bottle was loose, the cap was completely broken, and the shampoo was leaking. The Kerium box arrived with torn plastic marks, making it look exactly like it was forcefully ripped off a promotional bundle to be sold individually. The entire shipment felt like buying second hand items from a street market rather than a reputable online pharmacy.
To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service and provided clear photos of the broken cap and leaking liquid, they completely dismissed the issue, claiming that "only the external boxes were damaged" and wasted my time instead of offering a real solution. Completely unprofessional and a terrible way to treat customers. I highly advise avoiding this store.

Wow. What can I say. This company is amazing. They only sell the best products, the customer service is second to none, simply the best, always happy to help. Just how a company should be.

I ordered four items, after paying and submitting the order, I realized one of the items was ordered by mistake. So I used the “cancel item” option and it was ok. The app said the cancellation confirmation will be sent to my email and its money will be returned.
After a dew days, I received an email saying that my package was sent with all the items.
So they hadn’t cancelled the item I requested, even though I cancelled it when the order was still in process and the app itself offered the option to cancel any item I don’t want.
Why offer the option if you’re not gonna pay any attention to it?
The app said cancellation request for days, now it just says order sent. How do I prove that I cancelled one item? Why is it not in the history of the order?

Taking care of health is mandatory especially when you caught a cold and need to recover quickly. I got lots of deadlines at work and couldn't allow myself to be ill, cause... there might've been a collapse at work.
I ordered here tons of supplements and medicaments which could help me to recover within several days. The delivery was quick, if you are somewhere in Italy (those days I was to this country) then it's not a big deal to get all these medicaments and supplements. I highly recommend this website for all those who stick to certain diet, nutrition plan or got sick and want to recover.

I know that even supplements should be prescribed by doctors, but I anyway consume a lot of them just because I feel better when I eat vitamin C or D, or maybe even a complex of vitamins that includes many of them for better well-being.
This website is my helper in this because there are many supplements by an affordable price. I thought that they would be expensive but no, they are cheap.

I made an order 20.11, today 11.12 I still got not a product not my money back on my account. They call and promise, but do nothing.

EDIT (1): Your assistance has no fixed the problem. Just a email with useless excuse without explanation for the late. Anyway no delivery until now. The package is locked in some warehouse and I don't know why and when it will be delivered.

FIRST COMENT: After several orders I have to say that delivery time was always over 1-3 work days. I live in a modern city and close to a post office. So no reason for this late.

The prices are really good but the transport sucks. Ive been ordering from this brand for a long time and it always takes more time to come than what they show in the app. My last package came almost fully destroyed and there was no padding on the inside to protect the products.

I ordered a few times from red care and could never use the discount codes. On the website it said that if I installed the mobile app I could get 10% off, the code never worked. Then I got a different discount code which didn't work as well. Just disappointing and misleading marketing. Also the prices are higher if I am logged into my account. Is this your loyalty program? 🤣

I have been acquiring supplements from Redcare Pharmacy for quite some time. There was never any problem until now. The carton with the products was smashed and a few were missing. I phoned and was told about the mode of restitution which is NOT what is written on their webpage. The package should be accepted by Redcare with NO questions asked for 14 days. They were not particularly helpful in this and were actually quite off putting. The iter for sending back the package is long and and unnecessary at least in this case because it arrived to me in the above-state manner. NEVER AGAIN.

I always order from redcare but this time I ordered some prebiotics (enterelle plus). I use this prebiotic brand since a lot of time so I know how they should be and taste.
When I opened them the consistency was different than usual and when I tasted them it was very acidic taste and very bad. One sachet was sweet (which is the right taste) and many others were really bad and acidic. I am very disappointed with redcare. This has never happened to me before here

The prices for the Weleda brand could be better. The assortiment could be better for higiene products like Gillete.
