Seems like data theft
I have used this company for a many years without any issues, but now for a 2nd year in a row should admit a horrible customer service experience. During this year I have sent less than a 10 000£ back home to the EU from the UK. Last year they took my money and held it for more than a week. After an apologise, I believed it was the first and last bad experience, unfortunately, I was wrong. Recently I have received an email saying I should provide where my income came. I did so, but instead I started to receive more and more sensitive questions what doesn't rely to them or any other 3rd person. Be very careful to who you trust as seems, first of all, there are working many different people who are even not reading emails, they're not uploading their system with provided details and in total they seems very unskilled and rude. And mostly seems they're trying to get people personal data. Where is data protection? Try to ask them to provide a full names of the person's with who you're contacting - you'll be ignored. Let me admit, my family members have never received any requests to proof any information, it's just me the 2nd time in a row, but I'm sending the less amount of the money... I seriously don't trust them anymore... Be careful as your personal data can be transferred to anyone...

Searching a company for sending money…
Searching a company for sending money to my family in the PHilippines, transfergo has a good score,so I started to register. Received SMS to confirm my phone number, after that it asked to put a 4 digit code. I never received a code before, why does it ask me if I forgot the code? I clicked HELP, then arrives an endless list of error cases, on the bottom of the list a help button, clicked and described the problem that I didn't receive a code, sent it and a notice arrives: my email has not been viewed as my email address is not verified, I clicked on the bar in the email and got again the help site, describe my problem again, got again the same notice that my message did not arrive because my email not verified, received again an email to verify etc this 5 times in a row-.-I change the email address to this one for registration, this time didn't get an email at all. A human would never act like this stupid AI.
