I will not be buying from this company…
I will not be buying from this company again. Their customer service is responsive but my only complaint is they were not able to fulfil my next-day delivery order. It was supposed to be delivered on Friday to be worn on Saturday but for some reason their delivery partner DHL ecommerce said they won’t deliver it on the agreed day. Brook Taverner customer service representative said they refunded the delivery fee but it’s still not received.
