Auto renewed despite settings

OK but still auto renewed despite my settings being switched to not do that.

Hi,

We are sorry to hear about the issues you have encountered on your policy. As a broker we operate on an automatic renewal basis which we do advise at the start of the policy and on the renewal notice, and you would need to contact us to remove that from the policy. However we can confirm that your renewal has since been lapsed , and we are sorry to see you leave us.

A pain when things are not right

I mistook the 'next day delivery' to actually mean 'next day delivery' rather than 'next day dispatch'. I needed some bearings so when they didn't arrive, I bought locally. I asked if I could return the original items when they eventually arrived but it took 5 emails to get a sensible answer. Great company if things go well, too difficult to deal with when they don't.

Limited stock but great service

I bought a three piece suit from them and it arrived well packaged within a couple of days. Unfortunately the sizing was a bit generous so I sent it back for a smaller size. No problems at all with the fact that I returned it but they were out of stock in the size I was after. I was offered a refund but have decided to get the original altered slightly as I really liked the suit.
It was returned within two days of me being in touch with excellent communication all along. Couldn't wish for better service.
