Yesterday their Bancomat failed to function at several branches. I went into the branch where my account is, the bank told me they only gave cash before 12.55 each day - to use the Bancomat of another bank. I was forced to do this as I need cash for a specific purpose. BPM charged for my use of another banks’s ATM. Time to change banks - dishonest, unprofessional, zero customer service.
