I have several years using Avast, sometimes paid and sometimes free, but always reliable, and if there is a problem their response is always positive and focussed in my favor. Thanks!

They (Noventiq) made an unauthorized charge. They agreed to refund the amount. They keep saying the refund has happened but it doesn't appear in my account.

According to Google AI:

I've been an Avast user for a few years now and when I renewed my subscription this last time. I always picked the premium package because it contained all the tools that they offered. After paying the subscription for the year, I wanted to scan my computer. Found out going through the menu, I had to buy most of the tools that were always included with the premium package....Not anymore!! You have to pay extra for the same tools. Tried to get a refund and I couldn't. The only thing I could do is cancel the renewal for next year for which I did. Not happy with this service at all!!

Avast is keeping our computer safe & clean on a daily basis.

Repeated subscription offers that are unclear with a frustrating multi-part cancellation and refund process which includes multiple attempts to resell you and manipulate you into staying while not listening to your request leads me to no longer believe in this company or product.

Avast is boring in its dependability as a computer protection system. I have had it employed since 2011 on every computer I have operated, with the only attention drawn to computer operation being notification of regular updates and the occasional "Do not go there; we think that website is dangerous." I always listen and back away. Avast is trustworthy.

Avast is a reliable & trustworthy provider of protective software & I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely unbelievable stay away you've been warned. I downloaded it and it basically hijacked my pc couldn't connect to my internet disabled ethernet port messed up Bluetooth dongles. Utter crap shouldn't be allowed. Still trying to sort it out. Had to download there own tool to remove it which only partially removed the app. Can't uninstall it the usual way locks out off everything. You've been warned

Great service but i do wonder if they are selling me programs that i already have. i seem to have some duplicated programs in my Avast subscription folder.

i appreciate the fact that avast warns you and explains, but does not impose itselv by all means

I have used Avast for several years, at different times and for varying periods of time. Until, I decided to use them exclusively and for about a three year period, currently in effect, for my computer safety and security. I have NOT been disappointed.
