Best registered agent service in the USA for all states! I don’t even have to explain how professional they are. Things were not going well for me and they even waived their service charges. They are great people and that kind of support is very rare. I 200% recommend them to everyone!

they do so much misstake when they filling documents and after that I need do amendment and they charge fee $250 on whatever their mistake. so disappoint.

Customer service email has not responded since june. Can someone please help me as i still cannot login?

The first reply took a day, no pro then dead silence. The next reply took several days. Then I tried a phone call. She said she would be on it. More silence! I complained, asked for help. Their latest reply came fro my only email to them, "Our general support inbox can take a little longer to reply to." Silly apologies. The agent left our her name and phone extension, so if this is their general inbox, then I'm not going to find that agent again amongst their nationwide network!

This isn't my first rodeo. It's my last before 100% retirement. This was a 100% failure of care, dealing with a potential customer. I moved on, found a smaller, hungry competitor. I wfote them a last leter stating their exec's need to see this letter and the ones this last 3-4 weeks. I gave them a single star. I wish I could have given them a fat zero!

I am extremely happy with the service these guys provide. Everything is done fast and precise. Communication, top notch. Pleasant correspondence. Very good web site. A bit more expensive that some of their competitors, but as the old saying goes, "we are not rich enough to buy cheap things".

For the past three weeks I have been unable to get anyone at Northwest Registered Agent to address an IT issue that is preventing me from adding the correct payment method for my business. I resolved any possible issues from my bank, I am able to use my payment method with other vendors with no issues. Now I need to go through the hassle of switching registered agents because they are failing to address a processing issue with their team. Every agent I spoke with said this would be addressed and escalated. Nothing has been done and they are holding me back from conducting business. Totally unacceptable. And the snide attitude from Drew - A supervisor is the final straw. Considering the other negative reviews I have seen about misfilings and missed deadlines, I would not recommend. Save yourself the headache. Find a better registered agent.

Kaylee at Northwest Registered Agent had my LLC and EIN squared away MUCH faster than I expected, and she was so patient with every question along the way. She's the rare person who makes paperwork feel human, and she's the reason I'd recommend Northwest to anyone starting a business.

I had a very positive experience with Northwest Registered Agent. The service was much better and more flexible than I expected. Their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process.

I especially appreciated the assistance from Alex Sullivan, who was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The response time was excellent, and I was able to get individualized support through chat and email rather than feeling like I was dealing with a completely automated service.

Their pricing was also reasonable, and I found the additional services, such as the domain and business phone number, useful. Overall, the team was agile, professional, and good at managing the process efficiently.

I hired Northwest to form my new Illinois LLC and specifically purchased their virtual office service because I did **not** want my residential address used as the company’s principal business address. Instead, they filed my LLC using my home address as the principal place of business and also entered the **wrong county**. Northwest later admitted in writing that the county should have been McHenry County rather than Sangamon County.

What makes this especially unacceptable is that only after the filing was completed did Northwest explain that its Illinois virtual office could not be used as the company’s principal business address. That is information I absolutely needed before they took my money and filed the company. Had they told me that upfront, I would have obtained a different legitimate business address and avoided this entire mess.

I spent **$356** with Northwest on the formation and related services. I have now had to cancel services, wait for refunds, find a replacement office and phone setup, and deal with correcting public business records because of their mistakes. They refunded some services but refused to refund the formation because the company had already been formed—which completely misses the point: **the formation itself is what they mishandled.**

This has cost me time, disrupted the launch of a new business, tied up money I needed for replacement services, and put my residential address on a public business filing when avoiding exactly that was one of my primary reasons for purchasing their services.

My experience was a complete failure from beginning to end. If privacy, accuracy, communication, or getting your company formed correctly matters to you, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

To address their response, they severed services I had with them for years prior that were paid for and are refusing to refund after raking my money as well. They aren't even addressing the actual issues with their response trying to pass the buck. Worked with another group, everything done correctly and cheaper, no issue. It's pathetic they don't take responsibility for their actions, absolutely pathetic. I'd trust a daycare in Minnesota before I'd trust these fools.

Their customer service is too much slower. They asked for address documents 10 days ago and submitted on same days. But not getting any progress. I do not recommend them if you want smooth services.

Terrific partner with great customer service. I'm happy to have worked with them for two years on my LLC. I highly recommend Northwest Registered Agent's services.

Arnold is awesome, he made it very simple for the application process. Answered all my questions and made me feel safe with these services. He 100% earned this review. No complaints from my end. If you are a new business owner, Northwest Registered Agen is the way to go without a doubt.

I needed to hire an agent for my new LLC. Did some research and was deciding between Northwest and another company. I tried calling the other company to ask questions and got AI. Called Northwest and there was no machine/ai, I spoke directly with Amanda Brooke and had a wonderful experience. She was great with helping me set everything up and their service includes everything I needed from an agent service. Thanks for the help!

Customer service is top tier. I talked directly to a person (which surprised me) and Baylee knew so much she had answers to all my complicated questions. Hands down THE BEST customer service experience I've ever had. I haven't signed up yet but their service seems better than any other provider out there.

Very bad service wiht Northwest Registered Agent - I have been chasing them for over 2 weeks for a refund, and they have ignored all requestes, even though they did not do what I had paid for them.
I get a standard email from them, sayign they received my email, but never reply. My next steps is raising a fraud chargeback with my credit card, which is disappointing.
Their system also keeps crashing. I am looking at changing registered agents. I have 3 entities.
