Nortwest Registered Agent manages fair pricing and it's super easy to get started. You just fill in the documents on their website and they take care of the rest.

I opened 2 LLC on 2 different occasions recently with this company.

I have a difficulty understanding that I received such a great service for so little cost

Each LLC cost me $125 that includes the state fees for the creation and issuance of the LLC.

Temporary members that acted to create the LLC

All the necessary resolutions.

A corporate address that I can use as the official address of the LLC

A free mail scanning and email forwarding service

A small fee to forward physically the mail if you require the original

I also had access to free new telephone number and email address which I did not need

And the LLC was formed in a couple of days

Further to that the communication with the company is usually a maximum of 24 hours, even on week ends to receive a reply.

I feel it is a very professional and highly efficient organization

I signed up with Northwest Registered Agent expecting a smooth, professional experience for my new LLC. Their marketing heavily advertises “free website hosting” as a major benefit.
What they conveniently hide is that you must transfer your domain to them in order to use this so-called “free” hosting. After foolishly following their instructions and initiating the transfer, I discovered that:

My already-configured ProtonMail business email was completely broken.
I had to reconfigure everything from scratch.
The domain transfer locks you out for 5+ days.

This is not “free hosting” — this is a classic bait-and-switch. They lure you in with the promise of free hosting, then force you into a painful domain transfer that creates unnecessary problems and downtime for your new business.
Extremely poor transparency and borderline deceptive practices. I would have gladly paid for proper hosting somewhere else instead of dealing with this headache.
Save yourself the frustration and avoid Northwest Registered Agent. Their “free” services come with expensive hidden costs in time and stress.

Amanda Brooke was fantastic — friendly, organized, and incredibly helpful. She walked me through the entire LLC process with ease. Even helping me set up the S Corp to go with it. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Dealing with Northwest to set up an LLC and get an EIN and to use as a registered agent, was like dealing with The Keystone Kops, (a fictional troupe of bumbling, incompetent, and highly energetic policemen featured in silent film slapstick comedies between 1912 and 1917). They were pleasant on the phone but very unknowlwdgable and sent me off in the wrong direction repeatedly.
This review ask for a single date, but what should be at most one interaction as drug on for weeks - so no one date or one individual. I put the date of last email asking for my money back that I paid for them to get my EIN for me. after weeks I just went and got it myself.

Set up Wyoming LLC - note their agent fees go up quite a bit second year, but so far smooth sailing.
